We rent out numerous cars out everyday to many different types of people and agencies including international, government, schools, churches, and for personal use.The Renter, *** and her family needed a vehicle during their stay in Hawaii We rented a perfectly running car (Passenger
Van & Minivan) to them with all accessories in wor*** condition.The first Van was a Ford E-350The family seemed not to like the van because of its agesure, we went ahead and swapped out the first upcoming newer model passenger vanGMC with 10k miles on itBrand new condition.After that, they complained how about how pricey it wasIt was complaint after complaint to get these rentals nearly free for them I also have proof of text messages demanding she wants to rent this car and get a full refundthis makes absolutely no sense for anyone in business to just give out free rentals and start demanding a full refund after she is done driving her family and rac*** up miles on our rental cars.Thereafter, as a good business person, I rented them a Minivan as a very discounted price for the amount of rental days to make up for the past situation that I've done nothing wrong in the first place.Im just trying to make these people happy at this pointThe Minivan was my downfall and my bad for even thin*** about renting this family a Honda Odyssey with low miles after the first incidentThey lied about everything that was said to be messed up I had the mechanic look at it today, absolutely nothing is wrong I have warned other local rental car companies about this person, and seems as if she is going around and pic*** a fight to get free rentals while her car is in the mechanic shop It sucks to know that I tried my best but there are customers out there like this to hunt hardwor*** people

I am rejecting this response because: we paid an extra $50.00 to have the vehicle picked up. The vehicle was not picked up from us.

** was not compliant with airport instructions and decided to park in an unauthorized stall and left the vehicle there.Our employees searched for the rental vehicle and found it in another rental company's parking stall in a completely different parking structure.What made this more...

interesting is the fact he intentionally dropped it off in the incorrect stall. ** sent us photos of the vehicle in a different companies stall and said goodbye from there. Unbelieveable.We had been notified from the other rental company that we were not allowed to park there overnight, therefore making ABC Auto responsible for the parking ticket.The other charge this customer is trying to dispute $50 was authorized by him. (Airport service, he was given instructions on where at the Airport he was suppose to pick up the vehicle)He paid upfront for the service of the vehicle being delivered to the Airport.The fact that we dropped the vehicle off at the Airport makes it a service. Our location is no where near the airport. It took 2 drivers to get the vehicle there. One driver to deliver, and the other driver to pick up the original driver and bring him back to our office. Please Cancel both disputes. ** is trying to take advantage of a small rental business company.  ABC Auto didn't even charge him the extra hours he rented the vehicle that day. The rental agreement says he is good till 11am that day, but he dropped it off at the Airport around 6pm, making a 7 hour difference in the agreement.
