step in a process of rhodium plating. A ring must be completely clean before getting Rhodium plating done. Regretfully that is why our new employee could not find the ring when [redacted] came in to pick it up. I was not contacted by employee or [redacted] about the problem until I returned back to work. This has been resolved and the ring is in [redacted]'s possession at this time. The ring was never lost or misplaced, unfortunately she came in during a time that a brand new employee was assisting her, and mistakenly didn't know that her ring was in the cleaner. I called 6-6-16 to tell [redacted] the ring was ready and she picked it up on 6-7-16, she paid with her MasterCard $48.04. I have a copy of the receipt from which she picked it up.
