Explanation for the Dismissal of Claim [redacted] by Aaron S [redacted] President of ABC Auto II Inc.Businesses Response to the Complaint:I have read the complaint by [redacted] and want to inform you that the statement is a completelle in regards to any damage done to his carHe did bring his car in to have aftermarket LED lights installed and when he came to pick up his car it did not start but after those statements his complaint is a complete lie and I can prove thisWhile installing the lights accidentally disrupted a plug on the transmission which would not allow the car to start because it was not sure it was safely in parkAfter the repairl drove the vehicle out of the garage and parked it in my parking lot unaware of the weak connection since the car started normally when I pulled it outThen when [redacted] came to pick up his car it would not start which was very surprising and confusing to him and me, When the car didn't start [redacted] got a ride home and I pushed his car in to diagnose what happenedIt took a few hours but finally found the missing transmission input and cleaned, greased and secured the connectionAt that point the lights were installed and there was no damage to the vehicle, it was in the same condition as when it came in for the workI called [redacted] and handed him his keys and apologized for the inconvenience but he insisted on having [redacted] take a look at the vehicleThis car has had the security light on for over a year now and he has called [redacted] several times about getting it fixed under warranty, Since they continued to tell him it is not under warranty he is now lying to you and saying it is my fault and has something to do with the light installation but [redacted] , [redacted] himself, and know the security light has been on and this problem has been ongoing for over a year, I am sorry [redacted] was inconvenienced by his car not starting but it had started normally just one hour prior when I pulled it out of the garage bayBecause it did there was no way I could've foreseen the problem and when found out there was a problem I fixed it immediately staying well after my closing time because ! understood how unfortunate the situation was and fixed it immediately-D??ired Outcorne/Settlement:| Installed the lights and returned the car to the condition it was in when the car was brought here to be worked on so believe this transaction is completeABC Auto || Inc[redacted] ***Aaron J S [redacted] - President
