ABC Auto Shipping Inc Reviews (4)

Dear Revdex.com,

I never received the hard copy in the mail. I received an email from you but since it asked for my email address I was not sure if it was secure or not.
I have already responded to this customer and Please see below my respond to customer...

and All the evidence attached indicating that we hired two different transporters to transport his car and was brokering this to auto transporters that customer need to claim against.

We are an honest company and proud of it. Our foundation is based on honestly and great customer service. We stand behind everything that is stated on our website and provide great service to our customers.

1. We have stated on our website that we are a brokerage company as well as truck owed company and depending on truck availability and route we dispatch the vehicles on our own trucks or broker them out to our reliable transporters.

2. We do not deserve a one star for something that we did not cause. We brokered this out to transporters and provided you with their insurance so you can file a claim. Your car was picked up as promised on 12/16/13 for an estimated delivery of 8-12 days. You car was picked up around 8pm on a snowing night with some part of your car covered in snow and your car was too dirty to inspect. You agreed and signed the BOL (Inspection Sheet) that was filled out based on the visibility at that time. Please see picture (weather condition at the time of pick up dated 12/16/13) and picture of the BOL signed at the time of pick up image 30. Your car was delivered on 12/22/13 only 6 days after the pick up date. Your claim was filled via email on 12/23 (please see picture #33) and since then the picture indicates how many time we have emailed you in regards to your claim explaining in details. The normal claim process takes between 20-40 business days excluding the biggest holiday of the year (Christmas and New Year). You mentioned yourself that you have the transporters insurance info and you should file a claim with their insurance company and see for yourself how long it will take. Why are you blaming ABC Auto Shipping for a damage that was not cause by us! We are by no means denying your claim, but need a chance to investigate it further and since the second local trucker/transporter is not responding to us we cannot determine the cause of the damage that you are claiming. We did not transport your car, but brokerage it out to transporters and therefore not responsible for a "damage" that was not caused by our own trucks and drivers. We have already filled a claim against Red Baron with the small claims court since they have not responded to our inquiry for a copy of the BOL and the money they collected for us when they delivery your car. We filed a small claims court on 1/17 see  pic #34 & 35. Our court date is on 3/17/14 if we can find this person and serve him.

Please see the bol that was filled out by the second local driver, (see pic BOL On Delivery), It clearly shows all the claimed damages and nothing is noted at the time of deliver, one would wonder why! You claimed that your wheel was scratched and then couple of days later you claimed that there was another small scratch on the door. Look at the pictures of the claimed damages, they are not so visible (pic #768, 824, & 4580). You are claiming the repair to your wheel and scratches is $2300, I am wondering if you are planning to get four tires and paint you whole car!!! With all that said, you have all the rights to file a claim against the transporters insurance. We were just trying to investigate this on behalf of you and still will, but it will take sometime before we can get all the evidence needed to determine this claim. However, at this point, you would need to fill a claim again their insurance company which was provided to you and as you mentioned in one of your reviews on Yelp, "it is very easy to find the insurance information", so since we have provided you with that info and you have all the resource available to you on the internet, please file a claim against them.
We are fully insured and bonded and you (customer) did verify that with our insurance company when you called to complain about us. They told you that you cannot file a claim against ABC Auto Shipping since your car was not transported by us but was subcontracted. The BOLs by themselves are evidence that we did not transport your car and do indicate the condition of your car at the time of pick up and delivery.

This customer has filled complaint with you and written false information on Yelp and some other sites. We are in the process of removing these false statement on the internet.   I wanted to add more attachments but could not since it wont allow anymore attachments. However, I think you can see the evidence with the current attachments.
I am here to help and provide any additional info if needed. You can also call me at [redacted].
Thank you,

Everything is written in email contract and must be read by customer. If you fail to read the contract and emails sent to you, we cannot be reliable. The price paid is less than most transporter offer and your vehicles were delivered 4 days before the estimated delivery dates. No refund is given if and only if the driver was stuck in traffic, held up by other customers or if there was a miscommunication. We always state in the email contract that customers should not go to the meeting location and wait for driver cause there might be delays. We transport hundreds of cars weekly and delays may occur but in this case your cars arrived 4 days sooner safe and sound. The $50 was just an offer for your inconvenience which had nothing to do we us. Anytime a refund is issued it is our policy to request a written release form. To request a full refund is unfair and not honored by our company. We take proud in offering honest and great service, and explaining the transportation process verbally on the phone and in are emails, unlike most other brokers. If we do not have availability on our own trucks or do not service a particular route, we let you know.Below is statement from our agent Royal: The statements and accusations made directly at me on this YELP page by [redacted] are completely inaccurate, and simply not true. I was contacted in the beginning by her husband, and communicated over a month by phone, emails, and text messages. That was just the beginning1. ORDER FORM -After the customer Mr. [redacted] agreed to the Total of $2,300.00, I dispatched the vehicles, and sent the ORDER FORM with the addresses for both PICK UP & DELIVERY MEETING PLACES. It clearly says in the body of the email to review the ORDER FORM to ensure there are no errors. If they had reviewed the ORDER FORM, they would have seen the MEETING LOCATIONS.  As much attention to detail they are spending on making negative statements about me and ABC Auto Shipping. I find it hard to believe they didn't read a CONTRACT in the amount of $2,300.00.2. DISPATCH NOTICE - This includes the NAME & PHONE NUMBER of the TRANSPORTER. (THIS WAS PROVIDED TO ME FROM THE TRANSPORTER TO SEND TO MY CUSTOMER, Mr. [redacted]) I did not know the Transporter assigned a different driver. Nobody called me to tell me otherwise. It also says on this email if you do not hear from the driver/transporter 24 hours in advance, please call them. If you have questions, or need anything - DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL ME. 3. STATING I WAS TOO BUSY WITH MY FAMILY ON SUNDAY TO HELP THEM?I woke up right at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. I had a TEXT MESSAGE from Mr. [redacted]. I responded with a text right away telling him if he needs anything to please let me know. Mrs. [redacted] called me late Sunday evening, and I was in fact with my family. We had just gotten some bad news about a family member and were visiting them that day. But I answered her call when my cell phone rang. I was surprised right away of how she was speaking to me. This was the very first time I ever spoke with her at all. I told her that I sent all the emails to her husband, and texted him at 8:00 a.m. that morning, and he never responded with anything.  She never told me about the driver texting her any messages. She never spoke to me about him being a different driver. And she claimed I never sent any meeting places/addresses to them. She called me a liar, and told me that I never communicated anything.I WILL FINISH WITH THIS- I was emailed by [redacted] demanding a refund of $310.00 or she was going to give us bad reviews and report us to Revdex.com. [redacted] only sent that letter for her to sign because he told her he could pay her $50.00. She said $50.00 was not enough and she was going to review us. 5 minutes later she called back and said to [redacted], ok, send the letter, and I will sign it for $50.00. So she obviously wanted that letter to turn it around like we made her the offer. Just as she turned my text message around telling her I was with my family and too busy to help her.WANT TO SEE MY EVIDENCE, HERE IT ISOrder Form sent Thursday - 3 days before pick up date.Dispatch Notice - States, do not hesitate to call me if you need anything.Text message - She forgot to mention that I sent that morning. Clearly I told her husband I was going to be with my family, but if they need me to let me know. I never heard anything until later in the evening. This was the first time I was told about any problems, at all. Also the first time I ever spoke with Mrs. [redacted]. - If I had her contact info in the beginning, I would have emailed her also.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have seen this response before in the Yelp. I am not satisfied because:

(1) Obviously, they cannot or do not willing to resolve it internally since they are blocking my phone calls and do not respond my email. Therefore, I will pursue the second option, seeking the insurance company of Monway Express and Red Baron Transportation. However, both insurance companies mentioned to me that the policies of them do not carry the repair, so I cannot even start the claim process! I have the letter of proof from both and I am also working with the California Department of Insurance to let them confirm it.

This means: ABC AUTO SHIPPING is either dishonest (claiming that the shipping has full insurance) or not careless (not checking whether the companies that they hire have proper insurance, on behalf of customer).

I want to ask you: if you were I, who do you think I should pursue for the coverage?

(2) If you think you are not responsible since your truck didn't do the shipping, ok, please: give me the insurance documents of both Monway Express and Red Baron Transportation stating that the repair can be covered. Please note that, it is not a matter of whether I have the picture or not, it is a matter of whether they can even start the claim process and let the adjustor look at the car. So far, they do not process the claim and no adjustors from these companies have ever looked at the car.

If ABC AUTO SHIPPING cannot provide the two documents (so far, not, I want to know why), or if they find the policy do not cover the damage, then it is very reasonable for a customer like me to demand ABC AUTO SHIPPING to cover the cost. Why they refuse to do it?

(3) I have already sent the car to repair, and I pay by myself. The final cost is lower than the original quote, since I found a cheaper Infiniti-certified shop and after they looked at the car, they reduced the price since one part didn't have to be paint. I will have all the receipts, and the items of repair, and the contact phone number of the shop, you can verify all the details.

(4) I found that in this process, the businesses are very rude:
(a) ABC AUTO SHIPPING is blocking my phone call and do not respond my email. How can I treat the customer like this?
(b) The woman of Monway Express was always yelling at me over the phone and refused to talk to me twice by hang up. But she did mention that, ABC should have told me that, I should take the picture, because "they are not supposed to wash my car". She also admits that, it is *both* the driver's fault for not inspecting and my fault, not taking the pictures. *However*, she insisted that, ABC should have informed me about my part. But when I told ABC about this, ABC told me that, picture is not necessary and optional in the claim process and [redacted] told me in the phone, saying that why I need to tell you to take the picture? But later on, they used it as an excuse. But I guess it didn't matter at this point, since BOTH MONWAY EXPRESS AND RED BARON DO NOT HAVE THE INSURANCE. ABC IS LYING ABOUT THIS PART.

I hope Revdex.com carefully check the response from ABC, they never prove that the above two companies have the insurance. So, the single most important request I am asking now is: THE PROOF OF INSURANCE COVERING MY REPAIR FROM BOTH MONWAY EXPRESS AND RED BARON TRANSPORTATION. Why ABC hasn't been able to provide that? Why? It has been almost two months.
"All the reviews I wrote are based on the fact, you haven't provided the proof of insurance of the companies that you hired and I suspect that you never can. I indeed received the email from yelp that some of the reviews are removed, but you have to realize that, the reviews that contain the details and the facts are NOT removed. The reason for the remove is just, Yelp is not a site for us to communicate and resolve the issue. You, ABC AUTO SHIPPING, is the one who first refused to communicate with my and made it the only choice that I wrote on Yelp, you it is safe to say that you made the trouble by yourself and you indeed deserve the 1-star."

Regards,
[redacted]

All the insurance information was sent to you once before and you even mentioned that you were able to obtain the insurance information for Monway Express and Red Baron online. However, for the second time, please see the insurance information and again for the 5th time. We did not transport your car and did not damage it. You can file a claims against their insurance. Please see attached.
Thank you,
