ABC Auto Transport

Review: During the vehicle transportation from Fort Lee NJ to Schaumburg IL, my vehicle was damaged. Anti Rattle Clip has came off the vehicle and was making a loud noise. I had to take this vehicle in for a service costing 87 dollar and change from [redacted]. I have notified [redacted] of the issue and asked for the refund for the amount. This issue was brought up in December and now they are not being responsive regarding the matter.

In addition, the driver/truck that was assigned for my delivery was careless enough to do paperwork. The driver drove my vehicle to deliver from Mundelein IL to Schaumburg IL. Should not drive my vehicle without permission. The vehicle had oil spots which I need to get it detailed.Desired Settlement: The ABC Auto transport should refund the full amount(87.92) for the repair that was done from the [redacted] located in Schaumburg ASAP. A fully insured business for transportation service should not avoid contact with customer for a small portion of money caused by them. On top of this, ABC auto should also pay for a detailing service for my vehicle, which will cost about 100 dollars to do so.
