Wow! I had been struggling with car problems for about 8 months when I was referred by a friend to take it to ABC. I was told by my friend to speak to either [redacted] or [redacted] because word was that they had glowing customer service skills. The rumors were true. With no trouble at all the two of them did a thorough check of my car, keep me informed as to what they were doing (as I am usually so interested in knowing what's going on the whole time), the told me a game plan and I felt so comfortable with their service because they kept me in the loop, and reassured me that they would do what it takes to take care of everything. Not only were the polite and very professional, but they worked as quickly as they could and not too much longer I was able to take my car and the all the problems were successfully taken care of. This problem I had been dealing with for MONTHS was finally fixed and now I have my transportation fixed! What a relief! They kept it affordable as well! Never have I ever had such a positive experience at any other mechanic. I've been searching for years for the right place to take me vehicle and from now on, ABC is where I'll be going.
