Our policy regarding the handling of orders with incorrect address information is very clearly stated at several checkpoints throughout the ordering processDue to the speed of order processing and fulfillment we do not have the ability to edit addressesThe order was fulfilled and shipped to the
address that was entered when the order was placedWe utilize Google address verification in our order process along with several reminders to the consumer that we cannot reship or refund due to the entry of an incorrect addressWe continually evaluate our policies and processes and appreciate the feedback.
