Review: Two weeks ago I purchased a ticket to go to NYC from Greensboro, NC and it had the wrong date, so I had to call the bus company to change it, and I had to pay a $5.00 fee. That was ok but, when I got on the bus the driver wanted to charge me again, my girlfriend called and they said I didn't have to pay again, but the driver didn't give me back me money. This morning my girlfriend made me a reservation, to come home to Greensboro, NC and she paid $35.00 for my ticket and I was to get the 8pm bus to Greensboro, NC but [redacted] was closed, and I had to go to another bus company in order to get home. When my girlfriend called the bus company, at first they answered the phone and when she asked about the place being closed and a refund, they stop answering the phone. I don't know why they are taking my money and when we call they don't know what's going on. please look into this because if they did this to me, then trust me they did it to someone else, and we would like our money back or a return trip back to NYC when I get ready to go.Thank you Mr. Myles ClevelandDesired Settlement: We would like for this bus company to do a better job, and talk to American people like we are people. Review: I purchased a one-way ticket from ABC US Travel & Tours on June **, 2015 for $35 to travel from Charlotte, NC to New York, NY on Wednesday, July [redacted]. The ticket I purchased was scheduled for a 7:45pm departure time. At 6:13pm on July [redacted], the bus driver called with a blocked number and left a message stating that he was at the stop waiting for me and requested a call back with no number provided. The number was blocked. I rushed to the stop and he had already left. I waited past the departure time, 7:45pm, and he never showed up. I called the Durham, NC office (###-###-####) and he said that sometimes the driver arrive early and he is already gone. I purchased a ticket to leave at 7:45pm and the driver left at 6:15pm. False advertisement. The only rectification offered was a ride on the bus the next day at 6pm. I had to miss hard-scheduled events in New York. No apologies from the personnel when contacted. I plan to take the next available bus the next on July [redacted] (tomorrow) at 6:15pm.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund along with a fee ride one-way due to false advertisement.

Review: On Sunday March **, 2014, my daughter and I took this companies bus from Charlotte NC to NYC. We caught the 6:00 pm bus about an hour into the trip the bus broke down, we were stuck in a parking lot for more than 6 hours. The bus driver did not speak english was unable to give any answers totaling ignoring the passengers. The [redacted] finally showed up after 2 hours and informed the passengers that paid cash they will receive fund when we arrive in NYC. When we arrived in NYC the people at the office was rude and telling passengers I will give you a ticket for free trip just call before you come. Everyone of the staff members were unprofessional and rude. I want a refund oppose to free ticket because prior to the experience I had with this company my daughter went to Charlotte NC and was stranded in a parking lot because her driver was arrested for purchasing 80 cartons of cigarettes. Why would I want to ride with them again? Before filing this complaint I called to resolve issue once again and the person on the phone said too bad and hung up. This trip was suppose to be 12 hours it was **, I arrived in NYC at 6:05 pm March **, 2014.Desired Settlement: I purchased two tickets at $60 per person total $120.

Review: The bus arrival was suppose to be at 10:25pm, January *,2016 we arrived at 10:18 and Waited out in the cold with an 8 year old child until 1am. We received not one email or telephone communication from the company and after waiting 3hrs in a very unsafe and seedy environment we decided to leave.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I booked a ticket from NY to Durham, NC, the bus should arrive at 3:45am but I did not realize that the bus would drop me off at a gas station at such time and my final destination was Raleigh but they did not want to change the destination for me when I booked it the 1st time. My friend was supposed to travel with them a few weeks ago but there was an incident and the bus never showed. I also learned that sometimes they have other incidents for example of the bus break down so I called them and asked for a refund because I felt like I was not going to be safe traveling on the bus God forbid what can happen in the middle of the night then I would be in the middle of nowhere not to mention the fact that I did not know they would drop me at a gas station until after I booked. I called several times since I knew only a manager would help me with this matter they lied and said they did not have a manager. I got hung up on at least 3 times or they would put me on hold then hung up. I was calling since 1pm and also sent an email to support. They finally they let me speak with her and she was rude and even hung up on me when I kept repeating myself and asking for the refund. They told me to call ABC tour bus because I was traveling on their bus but the whole time I was on the phone with Gotobus.com When I called the number I don't even think it is an office there were kids yelling in the back and the lady started speaking another language and she just yelled saying no refund call gotobus so basically I was going back and forth all day. Turns out that when I email support like I was told the same people I was on the phone with are the same people who will read the email and make a final decision which makes no sense if they did not want to help on the phone why would they care about the email that is stating the same thing I have been telling them on the phone. I made that point to one of the coworkers and he said "right". Why wouldn't they offer a refund if someone does not feel safe on their bus which can even create issues for them later on? If it was $20 I would let it go but it was round-trip so I am losing $70 over nothing especially after they disrespected me multiple times by hanging up on me. I even told them to put me on a list to never book with them if that is what it takes but they refused to help me. I made sure to reach out to them before the day of the trip which was july [redacted] and not after. All I want is my refund so please help me out.Desired Settlement: Refund of amount paid for services
