ABC Canopy

I just received my Gazebo, and the canopy has little pine holes, and some of the seams are worn out with holes as well. I just want to exchange the canopy for a decent one without holes in it before the month is up. 30 days is all we have to exchange or get a refund. I can't do an exchange on Amazon, only refund for the whole Gazebo.

I received my 10x15 canopy earlier this week. The advertised included side walls did not come with it, nor have I received them even in a different box/shipment. It was ordered through Amazon, who stated they could not do anything about it. I sent ABC Canopy all the email requested information they required, and I have not heard anything back. They don't have a phone number listed to call. Only online contact. I should have seen this as a red flag!
So, what is ABC Canopy going to do to rectify this?

I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received the
order nor have I received my refund or a response from the vendor since canceling my order last weeki am beside myself that they are still up and running despite the many disappointed customers that have delt with this companyif only I had seen all of the terrible reviews on their facebook page earlier
