We are currently working on resolving this issue.awning was purchased wholesale ,no charge was made for permits or engineering,.owner install.a few months back we provided drawings and hardware specs for customers engineer .on 11/1/got a text the engineer fell through for customer.with that being said we are currently trying to get our engineer to take care of the issue.Will up date Revdex.com ASAP.SincerelyABC
