I moved into a property where they connected electrical wires illegally and this caused me to not be able to transfer electricity into my name from my previous residence. They never sent an underwriter to inspect and I am now two weeks with illegal lighting, but no stove, air or hot water due to the fact that the electricity wasn't properly connected. I went back and forth over the phone with them for the full two weeks before contacting L&I to report them. This is when L&I informed me that they have SEVERAL complaints and open cases dating back to 2010. (it's currently 2016) and to top it off, I was informed by L&I that the company isn't even LICENSED in real estate!!! They are illegal!! And their staff and agents are unprofessional and their agents have NO IDEA what they're doing and know nothing about the law OR the properties they rent. They take your money and then you never get any resolutions to your property issues. The office itself is disgusting and unprofessional (agents walking around loud, and in mid-riff tops and tights) The house I rented was supposed to have repairs done and cleaning before I moved in. NEITHER was done. I am only 2 weeks into my lease and I am regretting it. I have two children I can't bathe them or cook for them. This business as a whole needs to be shut down.
