Review: I found mold.in my home and I needed someone to come fix the leak in my home and check for mold in the house. Our screen doors dont have door knobs the house have not been painted to prior to us moving in they only painted after the tenant prior to us moved out cause the walls where green. The house was completely dirty, they said that they where going to have someone come out and clean but didn't. Everytime we contact them they tell us that they have to get a job approved. I have an infant and I need these matters taken care of. Ther some other things that need to be done like our kitchen floor needs to be grouted, I have holes in the bedroom wall cause the electrion had to fix the wireing in the house.Desired Settlement: If issues are not taken care in a timely matter, I would like my money back and a temporary placement

I am rejecting this response because:

on 1/8/14 the sheet rock where the mold we found was.removed from the home and the molded.wood under the sink was covered with new wpod. we found more mold under the stairs in the basement and under the sink area in the basement. we told them and nothing have not been done. They keep telling us that they were waiting fot the knobs for the doors for three weeks. at the end that week they told us that they would just take the door off and leave like that. they never mentioned measuring the doors and replaceing it. In reference to the leak the break may have minor to ABC but it was imspected by [redacted] and they said the leak was the cause of the mold. Whenever it rains or when the snow melts the water drains down the the pvc pipe and partially floods the basement the water reaches the walls.and wood that creates the mold. so if the the leak is not fixed there will always be mold. In regards to the paint the house was not painted before nor during our stay. They did offer a 3rd party cleaning agent but no one came the day they set the appointment up for nor after that time. (We have pictures of how dirty the house was). In regards to the home they offered, the house was where near move in ready as the said it was. the house was dirty,they needed to fix some things, the house needed to be painted and when we entered the kitchen was flooded. the sink pipe was busted and yhe floor seemed unstable. In reference to the phone calls we were the ones calling almost daily and leaving messages and text messages. they would set up appointments fot the maintenance man or the plumber to come and the would never show. we had to go to the office multiple times for someone to come to the house to see what we were calling about. thats why on1/8/14 the removed the ply wood from the home cause we had to go to the office. In reference to 1/29/14 we received one

hone to each phone and a message that morning. When we got the chance to return their phone call we found out that they changed the locks yo yhe house that fay. (We have a police report) they explained that they took that action because the received the letter from [redacted] and that they needed to do some work to the house.We where threaten by management that if we didn't take down this report that we would not get our security back.. [redacted] did there inspection on the 27th on January. The reason why we asked to break the lease is because we have an infant and the office didnt try yo accomidate us and didnt take.our health or our daughters health in consideration. if they have not received their keys,.they will receive them.soon along with a notarized letter confirming that we did move out on the 31st as we told them that we would.
