The manager[redacted] is not telling the truth. On June 10th I bought 2 ear hooks, paid $ 10.00 for them, went back the following day to complain. Haven't been back since. I waited and then sent the complaint to you. No further contact with vendor..My purpose is not only for satisfaction but to alert others to the attitudes of some vendors.
