After reading Mrs***’s rejection to our response, it is quite clear that Mrs*** has wrong dates of visits and what occurred on those dates, along with wrong explanation of events that transpiredBased on Mrs***’s Rejection: 1. If we had told Mrs***’s husband that their furnace was not working, why would Mr*** call his wife to tell her that everything was working well with the furnace?? 2. Mrs***’s husband informed Mrs*** that the furnace was working well, if he was not satisfied and or/was not in agreement that the furnace was working good, then why would he had called Mrs*** while our tech(Gus) was there and told her everything was fine?? 3. Why would Mrs*** make the credit card payment balance of $from the $(job cost) that was due upon work completion after talking with her husband if he wasn’t satisfied? As a courtesy we went to the ***’s property for the 3rd time May 24, *FREE OF CHARGE*……Again Mrs*** was not present to be shown what was done to her furnace on prior visitsHusband was the only one presentIt was at that time her husband was informed about the pilot light, not the 22nd of May as stated by Mrs*** in her rejection…We have recorded conversations with Mrs*** on the events that took place at her homeNot to mention in her own statement we replaced the circuit board which was the first thing that needed to be replaced before detecting she had another issue to her furnace that need to be addressed…It is only fair that ABC Climate Controls Incbe paid a service call fee of $to return to the ***’s property to show Mrs*** that work that was doneWe cannot continue to go to the ***’s home at scheduled appointments for *FREE*

I am rejecting this response because: On Monday 5/*** came to diagnosed my furnace. I informed him the heater is not working. There was fire on the board but it couldn't reach a higher degree. *** informed me after he diagnosed the furnace that it was the circuit board. I said ok what next? He informed me that I would have to pay half on the board and that he'll search for the board and if he couldn't make it out the same day he'll be back tomorrow. On 5/I was at work and I informed my husband that *** was to return. He returned and he placed the circuit board into the furnace. When he finished he explained to my husband that the heater was not working and that it could be the pilot lightMy husband not having any knowledge of HVAC said ok. *** did not speak to me. When I haven't heard from him all morning and some of the afternoon I called him and he informed me that he spoke with my husband. I informed him that my husband had no knowledge of HVAC and he wasn't there to see him take the furnace down like I was there on 5/21st and that since I was paying him I would appreciate if he would talk to me. He informed me everything was working. I asked him is the air-conditioner working as well (just making sure everything was ok because it all goes together) and his reply was yes. I spoke with him around or in the pm and when I got home around 6, I checked the furnace and the heater was not working. When I spoke with my husband he said *** was aware that the heater wasn't working and that it could be the pilot light. I have called ABC Climate from 5/to the week of 6/3rd and there's been no resolution to this problem. I spoke with Ms*** *** *** ***. The problem is that the heater is NOT working. All I want is for someone to come out and show me what was done so I can see what it was that *** actually did. *** told me that he or they don't need to come out and that it could be resolved over the phone (this was recorded). I said no, since *** work for you, you and him need to come out and show me what was done because the heater is not working. I don't mind about the pilot light or whatever it is that they're talking about, but, I need someone to come out and view their work like normal, professional, businesses do. For *** to represent his company, he's the worst business man I have every came into contact with and he was rude. He spoke with my husband and he was trying to put words in my husband's mouth and tried to twist and change my husband's responses. I could not believe what I was hearing. I refuse to pay for their services and I'm willing to take this to a higher entity. The problem is that the HEATER IS NOT WORKING! I need to get the HEATER WORKING! Even a 3rd grader can comprehend that. I want to see what was placed inside my furnace. I've been disrespected as a women and a female and a customer.

On Monday 05-21-ABC Technician *** went to a service call at *** *** located at *** ** *** *** Blue Island, IL to address her issue with her furnace not working properlyWhen the technician *** arrived Mrs*** informed the tech that she had someone to come out to the
property prior that had informed her that the blower motor to her furnace was badOur Technician *** proceeded to do his diagnostic test he ran power to the blower motor independently to confirm whether the blower motor was bad or not, Apparently that was not the caseThe technician *** then checked power to the circuit board and power to the part in sequence of operation, one being the blower motor which was supposed to be one of the first items to turn onDue to a bad circuit board it was not sending power to the blower motor which caused the furnace not to come onIt was the circuit board to the furnace that needed to be replacedThe technician *** informed Mrs*** that he needed to get a circuit board for her furnace and the cost would be $At that time Mrs*** agreed to give a deposit of $for the new circuit board and will pay the balance of $once the furnace was up and runningOur technician left her property to get the new circuit board for Mrs*** furnaceOn Tuesday 05-22-ABC Technician *** went back to the *** property located *** ** *** *** Blue island, IL to install the circuit board for the furnaceUpon arrival he was greeted at the door by Mrs*** husband and proceeded to install the new circuit board on the furnaceAfter he installed the circuit board the technician *** showed Mr*** that the furnace was working and blowing out heatMr*** told the technician *** great and gave him thumbs up because the furnace was workingMr*** called his wife and told her that the furnace was workingThe technician *** spoke with Mrs*** on the phone and informed her that the furnace was working and that he had showed her husband it was workingMrs*** asked the technician to check her air conditioner to see if it was workingThe technician *** checked the air conditioner at "No Charge" and informed Mrs*** that the air condition unit was working fineMrs*** proceeded to give the technician *** the $credit card payment over the phone, which the technician *** processed the payment and left the propertyOn Wednesday 05-23-Mrs*** called the office that night to inform Henry the owner that her furnace was not working On Thursday 05-24-18? the owner *** *** had the technician? *** to return to the *** property located W119th Street, Blue Island, IL to address the complaintUpon his arrival Mrs*** was not present again to acknowledge the work that had been done on her furnaceMr*** greeted him at the doorThe technician *** proceeded to go where the furnace was located and did the diagnostic testThe technician showed Mr*** that the gas valve was bad and the pilot was blowing out an extreme amount of flamesMr*** was told that a new problem was discovered after running the furnace for about minutes the furnace would shut down due to the pilot exhausting high flames causing a temperature sensor to shut the furnace downDue to extremely high weather temperature we could not run the furnace long on Tuesday 5-22-18…Mrs*** expressed she was not happy with what she was told about the gas valve and pilotAt that point Mrs*** wanted us to come back out to her property when she was there to show her what we had done Mrs*** was told there would be another service call fee of $for ABC to send the technician *** back to the property to show her what was going on with her furnaceMrs*** stated she was not going to pay the service call feeMrs*** has called the office 5-times in which we have had numerous phone conversations with Mrs*** since we were at her home Mrs*** has been in contact over the phone with the Owner *** ***, and staffWe have phone records along with recordings of phone conversations with Mrs*** to back up everything that is written in this letter? ? ?

If we had told Mrs*** husband that their furnace was not working, why would Mr*** call his wife to tell her that everything was working well with the furnace??? FIRST OF ALL, MY HUSBAND DID NOT CALL ME TO TELL ME THE FURNACE WAS WORKING, OK!? I CALLED *** BECAUSE I HADN'T HEARD FROM HIM.? HE INFORMED ME THAT HE SPOKE WITH MY HUSBAND AND I INFORMED HIM TO SPEAK TO ME BECAUSE I WAS THE PAYOR.? *** INFORMED ME THAT THE FURNACE WAS WORKING.? SO, I PAID THE BALANCE.? WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK, THE HEAT WAS NOT COMING THROUGH, THERE WAS NO HEAT.? THAT WAS ABOUT 3-HOURS AFTER SPEAKING WITH ***.? THAT WAS MY MAIN PURPOSE OF CALLING ABC CLIMATE.? BEFORE *** LEFT HE EXPLAIN TO MY HUSBAND THAT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE, AND MY HUSBAND WENT OVER THIS WITH HENRY.? ? MY HUSBAND IS NOT EXPERIENCED IN HVAC SO HE JUST SAID OK.? ? HENRY IS IN SO MUCH DENIAL THAT HE WANTS TO CONFUSE THE ISSUE HERE.? THE ISSUE IS THE HEAT IS NOT, AND I WILL REPEAT, NOT WORKING.? HE WANTS GO OVER PETTY, STUPID CONVERSATIONS LIKE THE DATES ARE OFF.? IT MIGHT BE, BUT THE ISSUE IS THE HEAT TO MY FURNACE IS STILL NOT WORKING.? HE HAS YET TO GET *** ON THE PHONE OR OVER TO MY HOUSE TO SHOW ME WHAT HE'S DONE.? PERSONALLY, I THINK HE WAS HIGH WHEN HE SHOWED UP, WHICH IS WHY I WANTED TO SEE HIM AGAIN TO SEE IF HE HAD THAT SAME DEMEANOR.? HE WAS MOVING SLOW AND TALKING SLOW BUT I OVER LOOKED IT BECAUSE IT COULD JUST BE HIS PERSON.? HENRY WANTS TO BLOCK OUT THE REAL ISSUE HERE AND THAT'S THE FURNACE IS NOT PRODUCING HEAT AND IT HASN'T BEEN REPAIRED.? WHEN WE LAST SPOKE WITH HIM, MY HUSBAND WAS TELLING HIM WHAT HAPPENED AND HE WAS TRYING TO THELL MY HUSBAND WHAT HAPPENED.? MY HUSBAND GOT UP SET BECAUSE MY HUSBAND STATED "I'M TRYING TO TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED AND YOU'RE TWISTING MY WORDS AND NOT LISTENING TO WHAT I'M SAYING".? WHICH IS JUST WHAT WE'RE GOING THROUGH NOW.? SOMETHING IS NOT MENTALLY RIGHT WITH HENRY'S THINKING PROCESS.? WHAT SO HARD ABOUT THE ISSUE OF THE HEAT TO THE FURNACE IS STILL NOT WORKING!!!! I DON'T GET IT.? IF SOMETHING ELSE IS NEEDED, I COULD ACCEPT IT.? ALL I ASKED WAS THAT *** AND/OR HIS BOSS RETURNED TO GO OVER THE ISSUE.? NOW, I DON'T WANT TO SEE EITHER ONE OF THEM.? BUT, I DO WANT SOME OR ALL OF MY MONEY RETURNED TO ME SO THAT I CAN GET MY HEAT WORKING ON MY FURNACE BEFORE THE SUMMER IS OVER.? 2.? ? ? ? ? ? Mrs*** husband informed Mrs*** that the furnace was working well, if he was not satisfied and or/was not in agreement that the furnace was working good, then why would he had called Mrs*** while our tech(***) was there and told her everything was fine???
