I have used ABC Company for over years to do drywall work on new construction, and due to some poor workmanship on their part, I have hired a separate drywalled to do some of my work I did not completely stop using them, but no longer did they exclusively do all of my work They did the last job for me, for which they were paid in full, they then informed me that they would not do any of my work, nor would they do all of the repairs that they are required do do When a drywalled does a job, they are required to come in and do a touch up before the homeowners move in, and in the next year they are required to come back one more time They are no longer willing to stand behind their warranty work as they have always done in the past, and are required to do
