made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, this is the same response that was provided verbally over 9 months ago.  What guarantee is warranted that anything will be actually done to completion?

3.28.17 Revdex.com received a phone call from consumer stating she has not heard from the business.

I did everything she asked.  She didn’t have eno9ugh money to buy a new AC unit, so we got her a used one.  She added a water line that was leaking, a phone box, and other things, and I told her it would be extra money since we were just hired to do the AC job.  I fixed a water line...

to help her.  She kept adding things and I told her it would be more money but she said she didn’t have it and asked us to leave.  What she paid was for the AC.  She still owes for the Freon and the extra work.  I can’t just give away free stuff.

at it when I got there and it is something I can not do. I told her this and I did not charge her for coming out to look at this. She keeps telling me I need to fix it, but it is something I can not do.
