ABC cooling quoted and financed me a 3.5 ton AC unit but on the invoice they installed a 2.5 ton unit. I have copys of all paperwork as they were served to me by a third party (Collectibles Management Resources). Also I applied for financing on my own yet they reported negatively on my wifes credit report damaging her credit greatly.
We quoted, financed and installed a 2.5 ton package unit back in April 2014. Attached is the invoice they signed when the system was installed. The *** only got approved for $5,100 by Wells Fargo, whom we get our financing from, but their total price was $8108. The agreement was that they would pay us $82 per month until the remainder of $3,000 was paid off. They made four payments of $82, then quit paying us. We called them repeatedly with no return phone calls and no more payments made. Eventually they were sent to collections for non-payment. After we received this Revdex.com complaint, our accounting dept called Mr Espinoza to inform him that we would be willing to remove the collections submittal IF they would continue the payments to us on a consistent monthly basis. When our accounting dept called and he answered the phone, we stated who we were and he hung up on us. We have attempted again to call with no answer. We even texted them to let them know we would be willing to remove it from collections, but no response. We have done our part, but haven't gotten anything reciprocated. We are unsure of any other way to resolve this.
I am rejecting this response because:
I just got back from a family vacation last night. This is the first response I've seen from ABC Cooling. OK here goes, in the original quote dated 04/05/14 under the phone number section it clearly says 3.5 ton Pkg but on the install invoice dated 04/14/2014 and the copy sent to me on this reply dated 04/15/14 it says 2.5 ton Carrier Pkg unit per specifications. Please see attatchments. I will gladly pay the remaining balance of $2,673 in full if the original quote of the 3.5 ton unit is installed as we were led believe would be. Or I want this dept to be reported as paid in full and in good standing on my credit report. Also I wish to be notified in writing from now on of any correspondences between myself and ABC Cooling.
