Review: We had a sales rep Name: [redacted] from ABC Group USA come to our home and sell us a $4,000 water filtration system. We gave her a deposit of $1,400 via check. She said that a installer will be in a few days to install the system and collect the balance. This sales meeting was on 10/*/14. After a few weeks, we tried calling her, no response. Call the company, no response. It is now Feb 2015, and we still don't have our water filtration system, nor any communication from her or the company.Desired Settlement: Refund our deposit of $1,400
