Review: We were billed $687.20.

Our insurance company indicated we should have only been billed $367.40

We made one payment for $146.20, and another payment for $125.40 in person.

We never received a first notice, only received a second notice which included a $20.00 late fee.

We had tried to resolve the issue, ABC Dentistry never called Cigna as instructed by Cigna.

ABC Dentistry advised us they would call Cigna, and call us back with resolution but failed to do so.

We received a final notice with an additional $20.00 late fee for a total amount of $455.60 which we paid

to avoid credit problems.Desired Settlement: We would like a billing adjustment and refund of what is owed back to us which is $359.80.

I brought my 4 year old daughter to ABC Dentistry for children in Gilbert for her recent 6 month checkup. She has been to our family dentist for years, but had never let anyone look in her mouth. I was completely overwhelmed by the amazing staff and my daughter's reaction to their bedside manner. For the first time ever she let someone do x-rays, clean her teeth, and even polish them! The dentist was absolutely fantastic and even had her giggling in the chair with his silly songs. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and recommend them to anyone with children. I give them an A++!!

I have taken my children to this dentist for years. The staff is very polite and the office is very clean. The waiting room is large and has toys for young to play with. There are many dentist chairs so they are able to move people through the process quickly. They always give a reminder call the day before the appointment which helps you from missing the appointment. The doctor himself is kind and skilled. He bonds with the children and helps them to relax.

My husband took our child to this dentist on 9/8 and I was excited to schedule the surgery but than I found out about the policy about no parents in during surgery. So I spoke to the dentist about my concerns and told him I would like to get a second opinion. He said fine and the office encouraged getting a second opinion. I did my due dillengence and called the office. I left 3 messages and spoke to two different people with the promise of beinv called back. I was finally called on 9/30 only to be told the dentist decided that he did not want to operate on my son and we were not a good fit for them. I did not know that by looking around for the best cars and needs for my family was going to cause my family to get pentalize. I just want what is best for my son and not have him suffer.
