This is one of those types of situations where the client is unrealistic and obviously has the belief-system that our webmasters are responsible to provide regular and ongoing marketing services as if "we are the owners" of the website business he purchased from usThis is a complaint that demonstrates someone with irrational and unrealistic expectations, who, as the owner, has failed to take full responsibility in acting responsibly to continue to market and promote his business, which is what all business owners must do Rather than following any advice to do regular marketing and promoting for his website business, to ensure ongoing success, he is looking to find fault and blame our team of web developers, because he wants to make MORE money from his website than he is currently making The fact of the matter is, this client is making moneyIf our webmasters did not set up his affiliate accounts properly to link to his website after he purchased it, he would not even be able to login to those accounts and track any earnings that he is claiming he has earnedHe is making money, but he is angry because he feels like he should be making MORE moneyThis is not what the Revdex.com reporting system is normally used for - but rather the Revdex.com reporting system is designed to submit complaints to report fraud or scams, such as if this client did not receive the website he purchased, or if he did not receive the marketing service work -- which he clearly did on July 7, 2015.In fact, there are more than emails correspondences with this client, who also left very positive feedback and a testimonial for us on April 8, He has been receiving ongoing support, free, reliable hosting service for his website, we've completed the affiliate link integration so he is properly setup, which is why he is able to make money on his websiteWe also completed his SEO search engine blast, wrote Meta Tags for his website and submitted 5,backlinks, which he received and replied to that delivered email report on July 7, 2015, so we know it was received This is also a fabrication to claim that we never followed up with him based on the regular email exchange he received contributing to emails in totalHe stopped sending emails to usWe answered every one of his emailsWe did not stop our communication with himIt is also a fabrication to claim that we are promoting a website “similar” to his websiteWe are doing no such activityIn this claim with the Revdex.com, he has not even provided the name or the URL of the website we are supposedly promoting that replicates his, and this is because this simply is not trueObviously we are still in business selling websites in a variety of different nichesWe don’t close down our business and stop building websites just because this client bought a website from us, but we never resell, duplicate, copy, or promote the same website once soldThis is a totally accusation and also comes empty with absolutely no details of the URL of the website he claims we have copied or made similar to his If he thinks the websites we selling are ALL similar to his, then this is quite a subjective statementOur business is the business of developing and selling websites, and we are not going to go out of businessToo many of our clients are very happy, they love the websites they have bought from us, many who make some effort with regular marketing are very, very successful! We are proud of what we do and most people appreciate being able to enjoy owning an automated website business in which all technical assistance is provided, all affiliate links are integrated, and our clients get free hosting service for a full yearWe work hard to ensure our clients are successful, but this is clearly a case that shows a significant lack of any effort being made on the part of the owner/client who purchased the website from us

The reason this website is not performing as expected is because this client did not renew her Domain Name or her Hosting Service when this came up for renewal, so her website is no longer an live active websiteThis customer bought her website from us months ago and she didn't pay GoDaddy for her Domain Name registration renewal fees nor did she keep her hosting account current, but she has come back to the developers at ABC Design Studio who designed her website demanding a refund more than year later, and has now begun using extortion techniques through negative posts to try to enforce a refund for a website she doesn't even own any longer, which is completely illegalWe have been in business for nearly years and we are an A+ Rated Business by the Revdex.comWe have sold thousands of websites since we began in with very few complaintsAnd today I am seeing one of the most non-justifiable complaints we have ever seenAll service work was rendered more than year agoShe has owned her website from that point forward and all of her affiliate links were working prior to her making changes to her website and/or failing to renew her hosting service and Domain Name registrationNo web developer can guarantee earnings with any affiliate partners or affiliate partner programsThat is not our jobWhat we do is ensure that our clients' websites are setup and linking correctly to the affiliate partners that came with the website, but we certainly cannot support websites that aren't even live due to the customer's own negligence or failure to renew their Domain Name and hosting serviceNor can we support websites that have been altered and changed by the owner so all of the original affiliate programs are no longer the same as what was originally linked to the websiteI am not sure why she is mentioning Amazon when she owned an eBook website, which linked to ClickBank's affiliate programSo this complaint does not have anything to do with the website she bought from usShe also never bought any SEO Advanced service from us for $We do not sell any SEO Advanced packages for that priceI have noted that most of her other comments in this report are either or they are misrepresentative of the website she purchased from usHer other complaint is that our email responses from our tech support team are too longThis is basically her admission that our support team is doing an outstanding job because they take the time to answer our clients in a timely and detailed mannerWhen I reviewed the history with Ms [redacted] , there were email support questions that she sent to our team and our team of professionals answered everyone of her emails promptly and efficiently

When my website was being constructed, ABC Design Studio LLC, was in communication frequently with meIn an attempt to build rapport, I made some statements as to my satisfaction as to how things were going at that time, not as to my delight in the profit that I was making Obviously, nothing spectacular had occurred. The testimonial I gave to ABC Design LLC, was solicited from me by stating that if I were to write a testimonial for ABC Design Studio LLC, the SEO package that I had paid for would be upgraded to a higher package
Who from ABC Design Studio LLC, would make a statement as to how often, or how diligently, I
marketed the website? I marketed the website until the realization set in that everyone that I was paying to market my website was making a profit but me
No, I cannot give you a “url” to any of your websites, but on your home page where you have the niche websites that you are selling , there is a website named “*** ***”The items or very similar to mine

Rather than following any advice to do regular marketing and promoting for his website business, to ensure ongoing success, he is looking to find fault and blame our team of web developers, because he wants to make MORE money from his website than he is currently making.
The fact of the matter is, this client is making money. If our webmasters did not set up his affiliate accounts properly to link to his website after he purchased it, he would not even be able to login to those accounts and track any earnings that he is claiming he has earned. He is making money, but he is angry because he feels like he should be making MORE money. This is not what the Revdex.com reporting system is normally used for - but rather the Revdex.com reporting system is designed to submit complaints to report fraud or scams, such as if this client did not receive the website he purchased, or if he did not receive the marketing service work -- which he clearly did on July 7, 2015.In fact, there are more than 24 emails correspondences with this client, who also left very positive feedback and a testimonial for us on April 8, 2015. We answered every one of his emails. We did not stop our communication with him. It is also a fabrication to claim that we are promoting a website “similar” to his website. We are doing no such activity. In this claim with the Revdex.com, he has not even provided the name or the URL of the website we are supposedly promoting that replicates his, and this is because this simply is not true. Obviously we are still in business selling websites in a variety of different niches. We don’t close down our business and stop building websites just because this client bought a website from us, but we never resell, duplicate, copy, or promote the same website once sold. This is a totally false accusation and also comes empty with absolutely no details of the URL of the website he claims we have copied or made similar to his.
If he thinks the websites we selling are ALL similar to his, then this is quite a subjective statement. Too many of our clients are very happy, they love the websites they have bought from us, many who make some effort with regular marketing are very, very successful! We do not sell any SEO Advanced packages for that price. Her other complaint is that our email responses from our tech support team are too long. This is basically her admission that our support team is doing an outstanding job because they take the time to answer our clients in a timely and detailed manner.
