I am rejecting this response because:  I've call Derek D[redacted] twice, the 2nd time was Nov. 29th, the day before I filed this complaint.  He...

called me on Nov. 17th and stated he would make payments to me and repay the $1850. I sent him an email on Nov. 18th with no reply.  I emailed him again after I saw his response to this complaint.  If Derek has a proposal, he's keeping it to himself as he has not contacted me and he has not responded to my emailed nor put anything in writing. . just more of the same, imply you're doing something but really doing nothing.I want my money back for a vaccum Derek told me weighed 10 pounds which was totally untrue.  I have not ever used the vacuum nor can I use it due to medical restrictions.  I will continue to pursue all avenues available to get my money back.
