onOctober 28thwhen [redacted] registered. It was explained to [redacted] and an adult present with him, I assumed it was [redacted] with him, apparently, it wasn't. With [redacted] signing the sheet stating that the etransfer was accepted would act as proof of payment in full and an official receipt would be provided once the in-car portion is also completed.
