ABC Driving School

Review: My name is [redacted] and writing in reference to booking [redacted]. I signed up to learn driving with the [redacted] office of your business on Sep 17, 2012. I signed up for 3 classes 2 hours each for $495. After the first class, on follow-up with my doctor, I found out that my knees needs replacement or further treatment. I called the driving school and explained my situation and my plan to discontinue the rest of the classes since I didn't know when I will be back after surgery. The man told me that I can come back at a later time and he will teach the rest of classes. I disagreed and asked for refund but he was reluctant to give me the refund. I thought to wait out and see what happens with my knee.

I ended up going to [redacted] in Nov 2012 for treatment there. I asked my son to call the driving school to get me the refund. The school didn't give refund again. I left a detailed email on the website (easyasabsdrivingschool.com) and called several time without any answers. Now I am back in the US and again contacted the driving school on Mar 15, 2013. Again no answer??

I would like you to pursue working with the driving school to get me refund for two unsused classes which should be $330. I am 61 yrs old and don't have an income. My husband passed away in Nov 2011 and since then I am dependent on my sons to provide me with food and shelter. The refund money will really help me with my day to day living.
