total of $1,000.00 out of pocket to satisfy her insurance deductible and got over $16,000 in repairs paid by her insurance company. Clients' insurance company paid for the shingles to be removed on adjacent properties and new shingles to be installed. The first roof job went perfect. Client has never had an issue with her primary residence roof. America's Construction Experts hired the same roofing professionals to perform the same job as her primary residence on a modular home. The only difference between the two jobs that we performed was the unsatisfactory treatment from the client tenants. The same professionals that did an excellent job on her roof were faced with performing a job around racial slurs, poor work atmosphere, unrealistic conditions and the list goes on. Client also had an issue with her furnace stack, which she hired someone to repair. We have no idea if roof leak is caused by the workers hired to roof or by whoever installed the new furnace stack. We have made several attempts after the tenants left and felt safe working on property to correct leak issue. It is fixed for a period of time and then comes back usually under severe storm conditions.
