I have text messages and witnesses to the amount of time that the vehicle was worked onI do not mind paying a fair price, if I know before hand what work will be performedThe vehicle is not repaired as it still will not start on occasionsI want the difference between what I was charged and what is a fair price for the work performedThe problem is, I still do not know exactly what work was performedIs it this business practice to make an estimate on a diagnosis, then if they change it, they do not contact me, they just do itI also have witnesses there was not receipt at the time the work was completed, even though I clearly asked him to make sure he left a receipt*** ***

We have provided different reciepts to this customer at the email providedPricing was given up front with authorization for part cost and labor costWe are not sure what this customer is responding to but service had been provided and a reciept has been produced nearly a half dozen timesWe
advise this person check their spam box for emails and we consider this matter closedWe take offense at the allogation of scamming this personAgain, there were no surprise costs amd pricing and parts were outlined before anybwork had been initiated
