Non-working equipment delivered. Company has not repaired product after numerous attempts to contact and promises made.Product was delivered and setup but was not working properly. Delivery person attempted to fix. Product has not worked since delivery. Numerous phone calls to [redacted] who has promised to send a technician out to fix the machine but in 6 months of phone calls- no one has come and he has never initiated a call back to schedule a repair or attempt to settle the issue. This equipment is supposed to be a "gently used" [redacted] for our PE department.Desired Settlement1) The cross trainer needs to be fixed.2) A replacement provided if fixing is not an option.3) Full refund of cost: $2,143.93. We feel that we have made valid attempts with [redacted] to get this equipment repaired. But she had not checked her messages. Secondly the cross trainer was broken by someone standing on side covers. We fixed the cross trainer anyways even though the tech advised us of the issues. 265 dollars later it was fixed on good faith on out name. It should have been customers problem. This is now fixed and working Consumer Response He finally did send a tech out to fix the cross trainer after the complaint was filed. No one stood on anything as this equipment as he stated. His own delivery person took the side panel off to try and get the machine back in balance but the cover was not secured sufficently and the machine remained out of balance and with a clanging noice from the first day that it was delivered.
