Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:it does not specifically state what the business will do. Yes, he wants to satisfy the customer, but I’d like to know details. I do appreciate the apology. However, does the business plan to replace the step and rebuild the deck completely and without additional cost? Has the I beam been placed in the correct position under the washer/dryer area? If so, there is absolutely no change in the floor’s stability. I’d like an update to that procedureyes, we know that there was a hurricane. However we paid upfront for everything. I’m not fully rejecting, but would like full details of what to expect to be accomplished by Friday. Thank you Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: we paid a final $to level the floor under the washer and dryer areaThey were quick to say that all they had to do was put an Ibeam under the floorThey told my husband that they could not put the ibeam in the right place because of the pipesWe know there are issues with this areaThey made it sound like a simple fix and took our money upfrontWe paid them to fix this areaThen they could notThere is no difference in the floorWe paid $and got nothing for our moneyThey offered no other solutions nor did they fix the problem for which they were hiredSince they failed to complete the job in a satisfactory manner, I believe that we are entitled to a complete refund of $1000. I also believe that to claim claim that we were satisfied with the work before the work was actually completed is deceitful. They also brought wood to cover the deck and left it at my husband’s request since they failed to bring everything they needed to rebuild the deck and they did not replace the missing stepWe put in the step It is difficult to express what would qualify in making sure we are satisfied as AAA never said what they would do exactly. They still remain ambiguous.

This is in regards to Mrs.*** *** *** and her concerns with A.B.CFoundationI first and foremost would like to give our sincere apologies for the delay upon delays with the completion of our work with your homeABC Foundation had and has every intention on completing our work until you are
completely satisfied! Our number one goal when we originally started this project was to get in and do the work and have it completed with in the time frame expected, but we had no idea that we would be hit with such an massive storm that not only put your work behind but others as well we have going on and ABC Foundation was at a stand still with Our customers and the work we needed to completeWe recently were able to get all of our resources back in line, because everyone we came in contact with and who we had lined up for the pumping was so scattered out and no availability until just recently due to the massive storm that came through! We have everything ready to go and set up for this next week to see that we do not leave until Mrs*** *** *** is 100% SATISFIED! We have the concrete man set for this Wensday and whatever else their maybe including the missing step and deck until she is completely satisfiedAgain, our apologies for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused for our customers, but we will make sure that by this coming Friday the 28th of October to have *** *** *** work completed and that she is completely satisfied! Thank you very much ABC Foundation Co

As far as I know we have completed the job and they were satisfied upon completion, if there is any more concerns please feel free to let us know and we will do all necessary repairs, thank you

I am rejecting this response because: the men are still working at my house. I have yet to see the completion of the work I hired them to do. I’m glad that other customers are happy. But that has nothing to do with what we’ve experienced nor the questions I asked previously.
