Highly Recommend. Am a Marion County resident and can only say that ABC responded to a family emergency on a Saturday. The Office Manager was cordial, professional, caring and the service tech (Matt) was very impressive. Polite, professional, honest. Have complete trust, faith in the assessment and responded much, much, quicker than our local [redacted] store. Had a frig fixed, and with an insulin dependent wife needed a quick fix, and was extremely impressed with the quick, professional service and commend Don the owner for running a highly efficient organization.

On 12/24/a repairman from Fredericks Appliance Repair Service came to repair our dryer that had stopped working He told us it would be $to replace the door switch---this would include the price of labor and parts He was here about minutes, replaced the switch and put the dryer back in place Because we had a coupon from the paper our final bill was $ This charge seems extremely high for minutes of work and a $replacement switch Also, after he left my husband checked the dryer vent and it was not in place so we had to fix that ourselves Luckily my husband checked this or all of the lint would have been escaping into the area inside my shed where the dryer is If you are going to call a repairman, check out is reviews first, wish we had! I do not recommend this company
