ABC Glass Company

In May of 2016, ABC Glass Co installed a replacement window in the Master Bedroom of the house we were in the process of buyingThe new window leaked a lot of water during a subsequent rainstormI called ABC Glass to have them repair the window, which they did under warrantyHowever, in the next and subsequent severe rainstorms, the window has continued to leak I called ABC Glass again, and after several days, they called me to say that the window would have to removed and re-set and that they would not come back to fix the leaking window without me paying for them to come out to remove and re-install the windowThey stated that the installation warranty only extended to the previous owner - even though they came out the first time under warranty - as their office told me at the time They also said that the warranty on the window itself was not extended to me as the subsequent buyer of the house So I have a leaking window and the installer refuses to make good their work

ABC installed a broken glass window for meVery professional and friendly staffThey came out, inspected, gave me w free estimate, ordered the double pane glass from manufacturer, installed and warrantied itBit pricey but for such an excellent service and work, I think it’s totally worth itHighly recommended and would definitely call them if I have any future needs

Had the worst experience ever with ABC Glass, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM we were working on a project opening a new preschool and needed to order acrylic dividers for counter top to divide hand washing sinks When my husband went to pick up the order and they charged for the pieces of acrylic was $that was a total rip off When I asked to talk to the manager about the pricing the manager told him that the price was given over the phone and that was our problem we agreed I wouldn't care about paying this price but that didn't even resolve my problem, to complete the job they offered me a solution that would cost me another $700!! Something so simple became outrageously expensive Their customer service was disgusting!!! I picked up the order and left, I decided to check around for pricing of the acrylic pieces, I found another company called *** *** *** *** very friendly and helpful they helped me to order the right parts to complete the project and they referred me to another company *** *** *** which after helping me cut the pieces to the right size AT NO CHARGE I asked them how much they charge for the same acrylic, they said they charged $a sheet, so only $and the crooks at ABC charged me $229!!
I called ABC talked to Lisa, she remembered me, I asked to speak to the owner and manager and she refused, she said they were not available
I guess I lost money from this experience, but mostly this review is due to their POOR customer service and lack of helping us in a time crunch and charging EXCESSIVELY for something I get they have to make their money but their is a point where it becomes a straight out crime! And then deny us the chance to speak to someone in charge
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Excellent service and all employees wonderful

ABC Glass installed a very high quality shower door in our newly remodeled bathroom They also installed new sliding glass closet doors in our upstairs bedrooms We are extremely happy with both the quality of the products and the workmanship This company's communication was fantastic before, during and even after the job was complete They checked in to see if we were satisfied, which we absolutely are We would use ABC Glass Coagain

On time, neat, no damage and excellent communication from the office Will use again

ABC Glass is an excellent company to do business with Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and professional I had new shower doors installed and definitely recommend using ABC Glass

They have been wonderful to work with, extremely easy to communicate with, and their installation team is top notchThey came highly recommended from a friend and fellow designer and I would recommend them highly to anyone else

I had ABC Glass replace two dated front door sidelight panelsWanda responded to my email inquiry and gave me a quoteTheir quoted price was a few dollars lower than the other bids I solicited but ABC was the most responsiveOnce I accepted the quote she sent out a rep to measure and the glass was cut and installed a few days laterThey held to their quoted price, provided quick and professional serviceThe installer called 1/hour before arriving and he was right on timeHe was very polite, knowledgeable and did the work very quicklyHe cleaned the windows after installation and he left the work area cleaner than when he arrivedHe answered some questions for me about an unrelated glass issueI will definitely use ABC Glass again and I will highly recommend them to others

I asked them how much they charge for the same acrylic, they said they charged $18 a sheet, so only $51 and the crooks at ABC charged me $229!!
