June 23,To Revdex.com, On March 3rd, we gave a written quotation of three closet doors and one tub enclosure to *** *** , a customer of ours for the last fifteen years. This quotation is for a house that she was in the process of purchasing at *** *** *** *** *** *** ***The quotation was approved by *** on March 6th but she told us to hold off on the production because the house was on escrow and she did not have access until further notice from the escrow companyIn the mean time she voluntarily gave us a deposit of $with ck #on March 11th, We then told her it was not nessasary because we weren’t sure if we were going to do the work for herNow on March 30th,she came to our office and dropped off another deposit of $with ck #247, we then continued to explain it wasn’t nessasary but she insisted it would be easier for her to give the amount in small paymentsIn that same visit we asked *** if the house was now ready for us to process the order for the materialsShe responded that it still wasn’t ready and she would get back to usOn April 10th, *** called *** to ask her how the process was going because we still had not ordered anythingWe mentioned to her that we didn’t want to order it yet and have it stored at our warehouse because the material can get damaged from the time being thereHe then asked her to make sure to let us know in advance, because the material can take up to weeks for us to receive itOn April 21st, *** made a visit to our office and dropped off her final payment of $with ck #*** to let us know that we could start on the process of ordering the materialWe started the process of ordering and told her as soon as everything was in we would call her right away for an installation time frameAt this time all of the transactions, phone conversations and office visits were done by ***We did not have any knowledge of who *** *** *** wasAfter the material arrived *** called *** to set up an appointment for the installation, which she seemed to be upset with the person (*** ***) that was working in our office at the time had misinformed *** that the material was already here in our warehouseBecause of that misunderstanding, that is when *** came into the picture and called our office saying, if we do not install within’ that week he was going to sue us for taking his money and not getting the work doneImmediately when *** was informed of what *** was saying, he continued to call *** and promised her an installation date while apoligzing for ***’s mistakeAt that same time *** apologized herself to *** for her husband’s unkind behaviorAs we promised we were there that day with all of the material(Note: at the time of the installation the house was vacant and there was no sign of anyone currently living there)Everything was going well, *** seemed to be happyShe even left us there doing the work while she left to do some errands When she came back *** and the guys were still on the job site working on installations*** mentioned to *** he was going to leave to measure a job in Rancho Bernardo while the guys finished the last doorShe said, that was fineWhen *** left he gave *** a copy of the invoice receipt with all her payments made on thereThe invoice was a total of $1,Then there seemed to be a turn for the worse and the last door that we installed, as we opened the box of hardware the top door guides were missingWe told *** what was going on, she got really upsetWe reassured her not to worry about it because we were still able to install the doors but the only condition was for her not to slide the doorsBecause to our observation no one was living in the house at that time, we mentioned to *** that we would be back the next day, we thought it would be fineThen came more bad news, our supplier forgot to put the guides on the next day deliveryWe then called *** to inform her that the guys weren’t going to be able to be there that day due to the guides not coming inShe then refused to speak to the office and hung up her telephoneImmediately her husband called and spoke very harshly to the women in the office saying he was going to put a negative review on the *** website (which he did) and also threaten to contact the Revdex.comHe demanded to talk to the owner, when *** told him the owner was ***, he sarcastically laughed over the telephoneRight after the women in the office told *** about this incident with *** *** contacted him and his first words were, “I want to talk to the owner, not with you.” *** then continued by telling him he was the owner and mentioned to *** *** on the fact that his wife, *** has worked with *** for more than yearsAfter that incident *** made a special trip to Los Angeles to the suppliers to get the missing partsThe next day at 9am on the dot, *** was at ***’s houseLiterally taking him three minutes to put the guides in*** was present and she thanked *** and continued to apologize for the stress she was going through with all the workers in the houseNot only that but she was pregnant and getting ready to deliver within that week*** told her it was no problem, these things happen and he tried his best to fix it right awayHe also told her if there were any issues or concerns to contact him, while also calling *** *** after the guides were put in and told him the exact same thingHe seemed to be ok with the job but still a little ‘bit unhappyAnd now we see the negative complaints on the *** page and with the Revdex.comOn the negative reviews he has left we noticed he complains about the customer service but not about the craftsman ship and quality of materialsI’m unsure as to why the purchase price he mentioned is marked at $when the invoice we left with his wife,
