We had some trash that needed removed at a property We set a date and timeA couple hours before schedualed pick up they called and said they would be earlyI told them if they got there before I did they would have to wait for me, because they only accept cash at the time of pickupThe lady said im sorry we don't do business that way and she said we should get someone else and hung upWe were under a time restraint and they left us hangingMy wife has used this company for years, she has paid well and above asking price with generous tips, and we have recommended them to many friendsThis has come to an endWe can no longer support or recommend this company

I have used these guys twice and both times they were reasonableHowever this 3rd time they wanted to charge me $to move twin beds, wardrobe closets, night stands and long dresserOf course they had some boxes and clothing but it wasn't muchThey almost tripled the cost it was the first timesHe then told me that he could charge me per hourper man$per hour per man And he was putting guys on itAgainTHIS IS TRIPLE THE QUOTE from another companyWhen I confronted himhe simply said "ok, thanks"I will NEVER use this company againand I will make sure everyone in town knows he was trying to take advantage of disabled people !!

They are very friendly and efficient , they handle the stuff carefully when moving it , they are honest and give good rates
