We have canceled both products and I have attached the proof. If he still has an open loan, the money would be refunded to the lien holder. If he paid loan and did not receive his refund. he needs to check with his original lien holder to see if they have his refund.

We spoke to Ms. [redacted] and we will get her paperwork to her at once.
