screwed up sewage lines broken plumbing I had to call in another plumbing company at a cost of 3100.00 and I am facing another 50000.00 of costs.no permits were pulled broken pea trap under the new tub stuffed debris down the toilet line and installed the toilet put in new sewage lines wrong flooding the house with gray water. I had to hire [redacted] to fix the tub and new sewage line and now I have to have my bedroom floor torn up and the toilet line replaced due to the debris that was suved down it from all-n-one. Desired Settlement3100.00 for Drain goes cost and the 3100.00 that I originaly payed mr. walker along with 5000.00 for the additional work that needs to be done.

Work was improperly done - requested R. W[redacted] return and fix the problem and he was unresponsive.On Sep 3, 2015, Ray W[redacted] came to my house to give me an estimate on replacing a broken built in oven door. I agreed to pay $118 for the door and $26 for expedited shipping. Mr. W[redacted] added in $71.45 for a service call and $65 for labor. He was paid the full amount at that time On Sep 4, 2015, he was supposed to be at my house at 4:00 p.m. to replace the oven door. He arrived at 8:00 p.m. and was in a hurry to get done as I was his last stop of the day. After he left, I noticed the door was not installed properly. I contacted him and he said he was going out of town and couldn't return to fix until Tues, Sep 8. He did not show up on Sep 8. I tried for several days to contact him via phone and text. He finally returned my call and agreed to return on Sep 14. My husband got sick and called and left Mr. W[redacted] a message that we had to reschedule. We kept calling and texting and did not get a response until Sep 30 at which time he said he would come fix the problem on Oct 1 at 3:00 p.m. He did not show up and to this date has not returned any phone calls or texts requesting resolution to our problem. He also over-charged us on the bill. He added in sales tax on the door inself and the shipping charge, which not have been taxed. Desired SettlementI am very dis-satisfied and really don't want to deal with this business again but would like the oven door to be installed properly. I would also like to be reimbrused for the amount he was overpaid.
