Miss [redacted] also complained on our Facebook page and has received an apology there We are never happy when a service does not turn out like the client (or we) expected it to The price was quoted to Miss [redacted] 's mother before the service was started Her mother approved the price and said it was what they were used to paying Miss [redacted] was quoted a haircut for $7.50, a reconstructor for $and $for her hair color Nothing was changed about the price She received the cut (although the student said it was not undercut in the nape) She received the reconstructor and the color service The color service did not turn out to be the color she requested We were not happy either Miss [redacted] was told that we would redo the color to make it rightShe was invited back at her convenience We cannot keep students after hours to color so we asked Miss [redacted] to call when she could come back She walked outside and her mother was also told that we wanted to fix the color to make it right Since our founding in we have had a policy of no refunds We are a school with students who are learning Part of that process is to learn how to fix mistakes That cannot happen if we don't get a chance to fix the problem We always strive to make our clients happy with our services We are still open to offering repair/reconstructor treatments to Miss [redacted] and to the color (if she has not already had something done to change it) We would also offer her next hair cut for no charge This has been our policy for years

The company did offer to redo the color yesbut everything else stated is not trueThe price quote was not broke downTherefore,it sounded like it was for everythingFor the price10$ more, I could have saved myself the drive and horrible experience and got both our hair done I respect nothing to come of thisThe company is being untrue in their statementI just don't want others to fall for itI wanted to be heard.They offered redo of color..nothing moreFurther more if they fried your hair so bad that it literally broke when you tried to put it in a ponytail and you had to go and have it retreated cut off would you really go back to that establishment

Once again, we are very sorry that Miss ***'s hair did not turn out as desired for any of us. We offered to the color to correct it, we offered free reconstruction treatments to repair the hair, we offered another haircut at no charge. We are sorry the client does not wish to accept any of these offers of correction. The price quote given before the service was only concerning the hair color. We were not discussing a cut or reconstructor at the time, so the color price quoted was what was charged

approved the price and said it was what they were used to paying.   Miss [redacted] was quoted a haircut for $7.50, a reconstructor for $5.00 and $115.00 for her hair color.  Nothing was changed about the price.   She received the cut (although the student said it was not undercut in the nape).  She received the reconstructor and the color service.   The color service did not turn out to be the color she requested.  We were not happy either.   Miss [redacted] was told that we would redo the color to make it right.
