This Company is Horrible. They use 3rd party salesman & do not identify that is how they do business up front. That way the salesman can tell you anything he wants & not stand behind a damn thing. I have less than 1yr left & I closed my business a year after I signed the lease, for a total of 4yrs when it is all said and done. Paid way too much for the equipment doing it this way & the salesman straight up lied about every thing he promised to do or save me. I paid more then I had ever paid for CC Processing with this guy & for the Equipment from ABC Leasing. I even talked to ABC Lease Rep before signing the papers & specifically asked about the promises made by the Salesman but was never informed by the ABC Rep that the salesman was not affiliated with them or that anything he promised would not be binding on ABC Leasing in any way. I cannot state this in any other plainer terms than this... If any salesman comes through your business doors & says the equipment or leasing is coming through ABC Leasing, YOU NEED TO THROUGH THEM OUT THE DOOR & TELL THEM TO NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! Review: The Salesmane came to my business show me big dreams about huge amount of increase footage in my business by selling phone card, bill accepting, and free government phone. The salesman Joe from [redacted] told me if this program does not work we can transfer your lease. We have wait for almost 3 months I try everything I can but I have only one person done phone card. Not single tranjection for bill payment (self service unit). 3 person try to do free gov. Phone card but non of them were eligible for it. This is completely unsecessful to my business. I done everything I can to get successful. handing out flyer to customer, Big sign right beside front door " now we sell phone card and accept bill payment" one another banner inside store also I Was taking about new services we start serving to our community to customers. This service was still not going well at all. Therefor I have contact salesman to transfer my lease as you mention be before I sign contract. Now his not taking his responsibilities. I still do not have contact what I sign. The day I sign contract I told him to send me contact but never done it. Since it was not going well so I contact abc lease to cancel my contact on so they told me you had only one month to cancel. But if didn't have copy of contract how would I know to when to call for cancel. I pay $84. Some change a month. I don't even make $10.00 of it. How can I keep going to pay for 48 months. I just need everyone help to get me out of this contract. I have also told my salesman to come by take all equipments that you have provide.Desired Settlement: I like to cancel contract (agreement)

We are a lease financing company based in New Jersey. We buy credit card equipment leases from all over the country. Vendors from whom we buy the lease do not work for us. When we buy a lease from a vendor we send him/her our contract / lease agreement papers so they can have the merchant /business owner sign the contract, if they agree to the terms and conditions. These leases are for 12 months to 48 months. In addition to signing a legal contract, before we buy the lease and pay the vendor, we call the merchant and ask him/her whether the machine is installed and working properly. We also make sure the business owner fully agree with the monthly payments and the terms and conditions of the contract, in case they did not read the contract. We record this conversation after informing them that we are doing so. In this case, we bought the lease from a vendor named Joe [redacted] (Company Name: Touch-N-Buy). This contract (Lease #[redacted]) for “[redacted]” was signed by Mr. [redacted] We paid Mr. [redacted] and bought this lease from him based on the legal agreement we had with Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] can contact us at ###-###-#### to resolve this matter. If Mr. [redacted] is not willing to fulfill the agreement that was made between him and ABC Leasing, Inc, unfortunately, we will be forced to send the legal documents pertaining to this lease, signed by Mr. [redacted], to our attorney.
