We had ABC Lers seal our driveway in July of 2013 the crack filler they used never got hard and in the spring of 2014 it wasn't even a year later we contacted the office to let them know it was like glue sticking to our car tires and scratching our cars as it banged against the side as we drove down the street, someone came and took a look at it and told my husband they had used the wrong filler and she would send someone to scrap it out and repair it. Nearly 2 months later we got a message when we were on vacation that they would come the next day and all vehicles should be out of the driveway. When we got home we returned their call several times and no one ever called us back. So here we go again the weather is getting warm and its once again sticking to our car tires scratching our cars. Needless to say our driveway is one big MESS!! Very poor work and customer service!!!

That bad to scratch a car like come on I saw this bogus comment scrolling the internet tonight looking to have my driveway done but never heard of it scratching a car it’s rubber maybe it’s time you give up your license your probably backing out of your driveway and hitting trees!
Review: The company performed ashalt crack repair, and parking lot striping and markings. The company did the initial work to satifcation in the fall of 2010 in the spring of 2011 I called them because all the handicap parking spaces paint had worn through. They have been telling me every spring and fall since that they are coming to correct the problem. Well they never show up to warranty their work.
Desired Settlement: Want them to stand behind their work and not just give lip service.

I am writing in response to a claim filed against my company, ABC-LERS, LLC on Wednesday, April 10th 2013. Per the contract between the complainant and ABC-LERS, LLC the job performed back in 2010 was executed to the complainant's level of satisfactory. Per the state of Connecticut's green initiative and DEP regulations, solvents have been removed from line stripping paint, causing the paint to be less durable than in the past. Sand and salt from harsh winters also play a major factor in causing lines to fade rapidly requiring parking lots to be line stripped more frequently. As a result to this compliant, ABC-LERS, LLC is willing to re-stripe the handicap spaces during the year of 2013 one final time. Our company is truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused our commercial customer. Should the complainant accept our proposal please reach out to us at [redacted] to arrange a date.

Geez got some stupid people up here, paint fades after time it’s not long lasting as if it was your car weather plays a great role in paint fading so why should they warantee weather sand salt rain and people driving over it thousands of times a hour? Stop being cheap and take your own responsibility instead of bashing businesses!
