Review: I visited the store on April 3rd with boyfriend and best friend. We were going to purchase 3 sodas and 1 small bottle of [redacted]. I did not know that the sodas were buy one get the second one for a dollar. So the I was buying the sodas and my friend was buying the [redacted]. The cashier told me about the deal and I asked if it had to be the same one or if it could be diet. He said I can get whatever I want. This got that song stuck in my head and I repeated it saying, I can have whatever I want. So I paid for the sodas that cost a little under $5. When the cashier handed me back my debit card I saw a receipt looking paper and I picked it up with my card. He told me that wasn't my receipt and if he lost it he would be in trouble with the owner. I apologized and gave it back. He then looked at me and in a very rude tone said don't take things unless they're handed to you. I said to him I apologized and I didn't appreciate how he was speaking to me. He repeated this to me 3 times! Well I was going over my bank statment yesterday and I don't know what he did but the charge on my card wasn't for $5 but for $19. Not only did he yell at me as I was walking out of the door he overcharged my card. After I left my friend went to purchase the [redacted] and he told her he didn't appreciate me flirting with him. My friend was confused and he said because the song I started singing. That he knew what I meant when I said I could have whatever I want. I was so upset when she told me this. My boyfriend was there with me and the last thing I want is to flirt with a man at least 15 years older than me. I think he needs some serious customer service training and should never talk to a customer the way he talked to me. Even if it's because he's uncomfortable around a gay person.Desired Settlement: I already disputed the charges with the bank but I would like him trained so this never happens again.
