I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I will allow B-Sure to inspect our now dry basement as they have done on many other occasionsI do not wish to cancel my complaint,howeverMy purpose in writing to you is to let other possible customers do their own research and know the horrible experience that I have undergone with themIn no way would I recommend them and they certainly do not deserve an A rating on the Revdex.com

[redacted] contacted B-Sure Systems in August of 2008 to get an estimate to waterproof the basement,
We Installed an interior drainage system on August 26, 2008, We have been back to service the system
and re-do some areas that were covered under the Warranty,
On March 31, 2011, we went back to...

evaluate approximately 10 ft of drainage, finding nothing wrong
with the existing system,
He called us on March 30'h, 2014 (Sunday) and left a message that he was seeing water. We receive his
message along with 15 other calls on Monday morning, from which we had rapid snow melt and 2
inches of rain,
I talked to [redacted] on March 31st to troubleshoot the problem and I contacted [redacted] on April 4'" to set up a
service call for Saturday April 5'" along with some other customer service in the area,
[redacted] contracted me within 5 minutes after I got off the phone with [redacted] not to discuss the issue but to
say in his own words" I am done with you· and I asked him 3 times to make sure that he wanted to
cancel the service call on Saturday April sth and he said "Yes, I am done with you"1 was not rude on the
phone with him and yes I did hang up on him because he is a very argumentative person over the
phone.
I proceeded to call [redacted] back to let her know that we were told by [redacted] not to come back and that he
refused service to her surprise.
I was willing and still am willing to come back and evaluate the system to determine the cause of water
he claims to have. but as a business owner my hands are tied if the home owner will not let me come
back.
