[redacted] To Whom It May Concern: This response is to Revdex.com complaint ID: [redacted] ABC Medical Supply had been servicing Ms [redacted] since 4/22/During this time Ms [redacted] had never paid for her services out of packetIt is against our company policy to take money directly from state insurance holdersIn a past two years we had tried to accommodate Ms [redacted] while using [redacted] for our delivery servicesTogether we tried to find a solution to continue servicing herWhile delivering her products we encounter multiple theft issues at her buildingAfter discussing this issue with Ms [redacted] we came up with multiple solutionsSolution one: requiring Ms [redacted] to sign for her packagesThis solution didn't work for her due to Ms [redacted] not wanting to make time for [redacted] to make a deliverySolution two: delivering packages to a local [redacted] store where she can safely pickup her packageThis solution didn't work due to Ms [redacted] not wanting to make a trip to a pickup locationAfter exploding all the options we had informed Ms [redacted] that we no longer able to service herOur last delivery was made to her 01/17/ABC Medical Supply regrets any inconvenience that the issue may have causedPlease feel free to contact us directly at (847) 221-if you have any additional questions or concerns in this matterThank you ABC Medical Supply Team

had been servicing Ms. [redacted] since 4/22/2016. During this time  Ms. [redacted] had never paid for her services out of packet. It is against our company policy to take money directly from state insurance holders. In a past two years we had tried to accommodate Ms. [redacted] while using [redacted] for our delivery services. Together we tried to find a solution to continue servicing her. While delivering her products we encounter multiple theft issues at her building. After discussing this issue with Ms. [redacted] we came up with multiple solutions. Solution one: requiring Ms. [redacted] to sign for her packages. This solution didn't work for her due to Ms. [redacted] not wanting to make time for [redacted] to make a delivery. Solution two: delivering packages to  a local [redacted] store where she can safely pickup her package. This solution didn't work due to Ms. [redacted] not wanting to make a trip to a pickup location. After exploding all the options we had informed Ms. [redacted] that we no longer able to service her. Our last delivery was made to her 01/17/2018. ABC Medical Supply regrets any inconvenience that the issue may have caused.
