When Mr [redacted] notified our site manager about cockroaches in his unit, we took the complaint seriously, as we do all customer feedback Howard, the ABC Mini Storage site manager in Aberdeen, brought in a professional exterminator to inspect our property, including Mr [redacted] ’s unit He also spoke to many other tenants in the same building (as well as inspected all vacant units) The exterminator could find no evidence of a cockroach infestation, and suggested we use a “bug bomb” in Mr [redacted] ’s unit The site manager purchased and detonated those bombs about six times, over the course of six weeks or so, in coordination with Mr [redacted] , who left his keys with Howard, for that express purpose Howard told Mr [redacted] his rent would be waived during this period of “bug bombing” Unfortunately, there was some confusion between the site manager and Mr [redacted] about this “grace period” of rent, which took place sometime between October and mid December, and a Late Notice was mailed to Mr [redacted] last week I called Mr [redacted] yesterday, January 17, to let him know that we would waive 100% of rent owed, if he will come move his items out of the unit before February (due to the confusion between himself and Howard regarding the grace period) And that, thereafter, we would need to complete a Lien, if rent is not paid, as per his Rental Agreement It should be noted that on the Rental Agreement signed by Mr [redacted] , it states "Owner and Owner’s agents shall not be liable for damage to any property...including from insects or rodents.” And that Mr [redacted] declined the offered insurance for such protection The attached letter to Mr [redacted] was sent this morning, in an attempt to resolve this unfortunate situation ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It was noted that I was offered "insurance" by abc mini storage , this is I specifically asked weather I needed to provide my own insurance or if they covered my contentsNo insurance was offered and I was told there wouldn't be insurance from them Also I am aware that this contract states, however per legal counsel the company accepted liability when they acknowledged the roach problem , and again when Howard stated and I quote " you won't be charged until the roaches were out" well to my knowledge they are still there, yet I received their notice of lien , I made my position to Howard very clear what steps of action I would take against ABC mini storage if this problem was not resolved in a timely manner, I am keeping true to what I told Howard If I do not receive a FULL refund and replacement value on any items that I cannot get the roaches out of I will proceed to my next course of action as I told Howard Further more I had to rent items that I already owned because of this , I explained that to Howard , I told Howard that if this issue wasn't handhelds I would hold abc mini storage responsible for these chargesAlso ABC has no basis for a counter suit should I continue with that action pending the outcome of this Revdex.com complaint And again per legal counsel when you said "there weren't any roaches until you got there" that is indeed slander and defamation I will retrieve my belongings as noted in your response , and will be documenting the condition of these items on a per item basis to determine weather they are salvageable or not , if they are not , ABC mini storage will receive a detailed list of the items and there replacement cost as well as a estimate to have them hauled away , this again is what I told HowardI am a man of my word and will keep true to what I said As far as not contacting Howard goes, he is the guy in the office so unless you are goingTo be in that office for the foreseeable future I will contact the most covienent person available as I do not conduct business over the phone , in my line of work it is unprofessionalHowever I see no need to contact Howard further , any future correspondence will be by the Revdex.com , registered process server or certified mail When you claimed that a professional had come to my unit "6" times in "6" weeks , that claim is also , the "professional" came twice and the rest was Howard himself by his own omission , I have whitnesses to attest to that.ABC has shown no "concern" or "Care" for their customers as far as I can tell Again in shortI want a total refund from ABC ministorageand replacement value of any items that cannot be reasonably salvaged OR professional extermination of the roaches at ABC's expenseThose are the only conditions I will find satisfactory to conclude this conflict Sincerely, [redacted]

Ken and Johns auto repair agreed to rebuild the transmission in my pick up truckWhen I got it back the first time it shifted hard from 2nd to 3rdI took it back only to get it back the 2nd time with a harder shifting behaviorI took it back AgainThe next time it was shifting hard in all gearsI took it back again (4th attempt) *** and I drove it around the block when I went to get it the fourth time and still shifts hard*** said "this is as good as its going to get"It originally had a whirring sound coming from, according to them a problem with the panetary gear....? My truck now performs worse than when I first started this repair business with Ken and Johns auto repair
