Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2015/09/10) */ I am surprise at complaint.when I did walk thru I estimated per crew yes it is done quicker than one,so I let office know my estimate was which after all said and done was spoken, maybe she thought I said but that was times 2.As she said she wasn't there so we had to pack storage that wasn't pack, didn't charge for it actually I was for free all day, normally I would charge 45.oo hr but my supervising turn into much more. When we bring wardrobes there's no charge,so we move as much as we can with how many we bring is our max customer never came back for walk through so left over clothes didn't go with us.We wasn't doing a pack job We made a special trip back next morning and pickup rest of clothing and a fireplace that's not allowed on our moving van.I stayed with the estimate and looked where secretary wrote in book so even though are extra packing and I donated my day I wanted to please customer Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2015/09/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I wrote down the estimate the day that he gave it to me (I wrote $800-for 8-hours), and I confirmed it with him while he stood in my houseHe never said "$times 2" or "$per crew" and he never said $to meThat is deceptive business practicesHad I known it was going to cost that much I would not have hired themAlso several items were broken in the move and my new kitchen table is very scratchedI was not told that I had to pay $an hour for him to "supervise" eitherI deserve a refund for the deception Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 19, 2015/10/13) */ I have reviewed again this complaint. Our company always makes sure breaks are kept track of and subtracted,it doesn't matter how hard a person is working we don't expect to be paid for breaks. As for supervising he was there to make sure all was taken care of,the storage shed was not packed that was not part of bid.Although we provided boxes and tape no charge all that was done extra is ignoredYes I turned my bid in at office, exactly 1800,of course that wasn't including packing boxes, tape, and going back because customers usually do a walk through, the wardrobes we're not charged for because it's a convenience we provide for customer any clothes left we do not throw in back of truck, how would we know customer would not come back.Sometimes it doesn't matter how much you try to go the extra mile this is how they are with everyone Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 21, 2015/10/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2015/09/14) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I wrote down the estimate the day that he gave it to me (I wrote $800-950 for 8-10 hours), and I confirmed it with him while he stood in my house. He never said "$900 times 2" or "$900 per crew" and he never said $1800 to me. That is deceptive business practices. Had I known it was going to cost that much I would not have hired them. Also several items were broken in the move and my new kitchen table is very scratched. I was not told that I had to pay $45 an hour for him to "supervise" either. I deserve a refund for the deception.

No boxes or tape was provided by this company. I am not exactly sure how they expect a storage shed to be packed. How do you "pack" a lawn mower, bicycles, etc.? Since they were unable to finish loading the truck before I had to go to closing, I could not do the walkthrough. Please advise how much time was subtracted for all of the breaks and lunch. I was charged for 9 hours and the crew was there from 9:00-5:15 which is less than 9 hours.
