abc oil service l.l.c.

Review: ABC oil service made a delivery to my home on 11/09/13. They came to my residence and 100 gallons of heating oil was supposably put in the tank. The total cost of the 100 gallons of oil was $324.00.My girlfriend was home at time of delivery and landlord across the street witnessed the delivery. When I got home I tired to start the furnace and it did not start. I bleed it out twice and fuel did come out. The third try, nothing but air came out. I thought there was a problem with the fuel filter. Therefore I went ahead and changed it. Upon changing it I noticed that the tank had less than a quarter. I was not positive if the fuel gauge was a accurate. I then proceeded to call my landlord. The landlord inspected the tank. He found zero leaks. The tank was completely empty. I am a very upset and concerned costumer. My stepdaughter's son lives with us and he is one years old and there is no heat. I can not afford another delivery at this time. I would like reimbursement of the cost or 100 gallons of home heating oil at the company's cost. I contacted company on 11/12/2013 stating there was no oil in the tank. Company is accusing me or landlord of faulty oil line from tank to furnace. The landlord has check and there was zero found. Therefore I feel that the delivery of the oil to the tank was never made.Desired Settlement: Refund or 100 gallons of heating oil.
