I never ordered anything but tables and chairs. Never was there any order for linens. Never did I speak with a driver. Never did I say to anyone don't deliver the items. These people are lying, lying, lying. I cannot stress that enough. We spoke to the man from ABC Party Rental one time the morning of the party (at approximately 9:45 am). He told us that the driver was out for 2 deliveries, ours being one of them. He said he would contact the driver and call us back. That was the last we heard from anyone at ABC Party Rental. We called a number of times to find out about our table and chair rentals and never got a response.

Hi. It is true that this person called to place an order for delivery. The items ordered were 6 tables, 30 chairs, a cooler, and 6 table linens. We did in fact send the delivery out. We were in contact with the customer several times the day of the delivery. She called repeatedly   She called...

and was told the items were on their way. She then asked about the linens. We told her that the linens come from a linen service and they drop them off to her. My driver called to let her know he was near and she yelled at him about the linen situation. She then told him not to deliver the item. She then told my driver that she would do everything in her power to ruin our business by putting countless negative reviews online. She also said she won't stop until she sees that my business goes under. My driver returned to our warehouse and told me about her conversation. There is no mix up here or miscommunication. We were instructed not to bring the items rented

Review: Hello. Back on October [redacted], 2014 I called ABC Party Rentals to rent 6 tables and 30 chairs for a party we were having at our house on 10/**/14. I spoke with [redacted] and arranged everything with him. The tables and chairs were going to be delivered to our home at 9:00 am on 10/**/14. At 9:45 am on 10/**/14 I called to find out where our tables and chairs were. [redacted] told me the truck was out delivering and that there were only 2 deliveries so it should be soon. He said he would call us back after he spoke with his driver. He never called us back. After many phone calls trying to find our where our table and chairs were, only the answering machine picked up. No one ever picked up their phone and the tables and chairs never arrived for our party at our home. No one ever called us to say what had happened.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation as to how this business can promise something and not deliver. I not only would like the Revdex.com to contact them to try to get an answer but I would also appreciate this complaint to be made public so people like ourselves don't get caught up in the same predicament. Thank you for your help.
