Being new to the Florida we were unfamiliar with termite infestationWe contacted a few businesses about our problem with termitesMy wife was impressed by the concern ABC had about her fears with these pests.They sent out there representative, "John", who explained everything putting us at easeOn April 21, technician " Mark " proceeded to rid our problemHe was very courteous and professionalMy wife had many concerns about the chemicals used and he took the time to address her anxiety He did an awesome jobHe cleaned up and went over everything he did with usI would recommend them highly

The technician (Darrel) is a gentleman, well educated in pest control and above all honest! I trust ABC completely

Owner, Mark G., has a radio show on Sunday morningsCallers always receive a polite and professional response and the best advice His knowledge of Florida gardens and his years of experience have helped many, many people, including me I have found his advice invaluable I have emailed him for advice, and his response is quick and very helpful He is really a person for gardening advice

I don't feel this company has provided the service that I paid for We paid to have dry wood termite service on our home in Since then we have had an on-going issue with termites, swarming and activity in the same placesIt has never sub-sidedThe company comes out drills holes spritzes chemicalI am calling through-out the year, at times just saying why bother they haven't resolved the issue before the probably won't nowI feel the haven't lived up to the contract, I want my money backI don't want them in my home again and I am tired of having to schedule time to let them back in to do what hasn't been doneI have aired my grievances with the company and they stated they will NOT refund my moneyI feel they haven't up-held their end of my contract

These are good people Have used them for years for routine maintenance and for emergencies They come when called, do the work and are priced fairly I was surprised that there weren't any reviews

CONTRACT SIGNED 11/16/NOT HONORED BY ABC PEST CONTROL INC PROBLEM DATE/ PURCHASE DATE 11/16/ ACCT # XXXXXX SALES REP: TONY PAYMENT AMOUNT DEBIT CARD I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR SQ FT OF FOR TREATMENT OF BEDBUGSIN THIS CONTRACT IT HAS A DASH THROUGH THE SUBSEQUENT APPLICATIONSIT STATES INITIAL SERVICE CHARGE AND FIRST YEAR ANNUAL AMOUNT AS WHICH I PAID IN FULL ABC CAME OUT A TOTAL OF THREE TIMES TO TREAT MY PROPERTY, USING A TOTAL OF CANS OF PRODUCTSNOT TREATING THE FULL THOUSAND SQ FT AT ALL BUT SPRAYING TWO BEDS A COUCH AND A CHAIR IN DECEMBER, I CALLED REGARDING ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS BECAUSE OF ISSUE REMAINING AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST ME EACH TREATMENTTHE CONTRACT I SIGNED STATES "ABC DOES AGREE TO RE-TREAT AREAS FOR PROBLEM COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT AT NO-CHARGE IF THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT IS CURRENT AND CALLS REGARDING A SPECIFIC PROBLEM BOTH CONDITIONS WERE CORRECTLY FACILITATED BY ME I ENDED UP FILING A DISPUTE WITH

Paul was quick to respond and came to my house about 2 wasp nests. One is/was under the deck and another was higher up in the soffit which is accessible from the deck. He used diatomaceous earth at the entrances to both nests. He told me that he would come back in ten days if I called him as he was not sure that he placed the powder in exactly the right places. He assured me that I had a 6-month warrantee and he would come back as needed, I paid $178.

After several days the number of wasps declined, but did not go away. Over the next several weeks, I called him to ask him to come back. He answered the phone one time, but after that, my calls went directly to message. He has never returned my calls. I tried all 5 office numbers hoping to find out if he might be on holiday and perhaps someone else from the business could fulfill the contract. No one answers the phone. Ever.

While Paul is a pleasant person I can't recommend this business. I paid for wasp removal and a month later still have 2 nests and an unusable deck.
