This was a repair part that fell just out of the year warranty. Despite that, we told them that we would get it covered and we did. The part did take longer to ship from the factory than we expectedWe were not aware that they had not received the part from the factory until they
contacted us. At that time we immediately made calls to check on it and found that it would be shipping promptly. In fact, on the day that *** *** called us to ask for the tracking number for the shipment, he received the part via UPS. Apparently this was the same day he filed the complaint with you I have contacted *** *** and she has promised to call you and advise that we did indeed take care of this issue.
