threatening behavior on 12/5/My policies state that I do not offer refunds on tuition and that I may terminate a contract immediately under these circumstancesI did offer your grandson two additional weeks of childcare, no charge, under the condition that you designate another person to handle all communication, dropoffs, and pickups and that you stay off our propertyYou did not accept this offer and unfortunately, I am unable to provide an alternate solutionI am very sorry to hear that you think I did not provide adequate care for your grandsonYou did not express concern over the diaper rash he sustained from a bowel movement during one his naptimesThis rash cleared up by the time he was picked up that evening and was not severeYou did inform me that rashes were a frequent occurrence at home and I suggested that you investigate food sensitivitiesYour grandson was wearing underwear all day while in my care since he was potty training, and was only in a diaper when you dropped him off in the morning and during his afternoon napsI would change him into underwear shortly after arrival and upon waking from his napHe never experienced any severe rashes while in my care~*** ***
