Review: A month after making the final payment for repair from a burst water pipe, [redacted] has not yet returned to complete work (trash collection and bathroom repairs). I am in the process of taking them to small claims court to receive a refund for uncompleted work. In addition to this, their employee [redacted] made multiple sexually inappropriate comments to my female tenant.Desired Settlement: I will have to hire a painter for the bathroom and trash collection for their use of my backyard as a dumping site. Once completed, [redacted] is liable for refunding me the cost of this service, as they were originally paid to do it.
