negative score...No security, and thieves abound
I rent my space in ramp C for over $160 per month, I have for over a year, , my van has been gone through , broken in to at least 6 times, the worst one they busted my window and took all my tools, I have a limited income and park here because it's the least expensive option in down town I am exceedingly tired of being scared to lock my empty van because I can't afford to lose another window $600, to fix, they the ramps headquarters obviously need to look at a different security agency because you can tell they hired the cheapest, and the folks out at their posts don't do anything to stop the theives , Explain how someone made it out with 3 tool boxes plumb full of tools a entire DeWalt tool set and extra battery's and a chainsaw and my camera and the faceplate for the radio in it, that's what they stole the worst time, the no responsibility posts are bs, and actually they don't care about their renters, I stops the renter having any recourse for the ramps lack of after dark security, they also leave the skyway open to ramp B so a their can move freely between the ramps. I am waiting for the place I live at to have a free slot for me, there should be away to enforce the hits on the 2nd floor, right under lights, there are no cameras either, EXCEPT FOR NEAR AND IN THE ELEVATORS...
that does NOTHING TO STOP THE THEFTS... I contemplating a class action suit because they have let the ramps go to pot, they do however patrol where the police park their cars... if I had a choice I would not pay them but I have no choice...police reports do nothing either because they don't even try to find the regular thieves...

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/05/15) */
Our response to Mr *** below
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for the emailI do understand your frustration with this part of our system and I do share your concernsWith a high-volume event such as a Twins game, we currently feel it is
necessary to charge at entry rather than at exit in order to meet our customers' expectations in terms of exit timeDue to limitations in the technology, the ability to charge at entrance eliminates the possibility of accepting credit card paymentsAs you've noticed, one of our secondary systems that is in place to allow parkers to exit immediately without paying cannot be used for this purpose either because it causes an incorrect charge at exitThe rate in effect when you parked was $13.00, and I'm assuming you were charged our night rate of $This is why those tickets are not allowed to be presented as an alternative form of charging on a credit cardThose tickets are only to be presented with instructions that the parker must leave within fifteen minutesIt is in fact correct that we currently are not able to properly charge you the event rate by credit cardThis is why we do not present that option
Outside of our pre-paid event operations, we do accept credit card payments, and this is generally the use case of our day-to-day parkersWe hope to be able to allow credit card payment during Twins events at some time in the future
Add'l Information:
Mr*** was able to park for the game and was only Charged $5.25, a loss to us of $When we are in event mode the windmaster sign indicates Event Mode Cash or check OnlyWe are working on a solution to accept credit cards also
