I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The small engine warehouse sold me the wrong item. Period. I should have been sold an engine with a 4” crank shaft and they sold me one with a 3” crank shaft. No amount of “their” solutions will change that.Period. There is NO WAY I would leave my equipment with them. Heck… They sent a 22 word reply this last time and one of those words was wrong. They have proven time and time again they don’t care that they are wrong.

"I recieved a complaint from Revdex.com here in Odessa. I had a person who works for me on inside repairs to call the complainant to set up a time for him to come by and see what needs to be done. The complainant told him he did not need to come over to the house"[redacted] ABC Roofing Co.

Review: The roofer claimed that I was purchasing a TPO roof with warranty. I can show that I paid 100% of the contracted amount. However, when finished, the roofer claimed that I owed him more. My roof leaks and the roofer ([redacted]) refuses to repair because he claims that I did not pay him the additional he requested. For the record, I did not authorize the additional. Moreover, he never covered the roof like he promised during the construction. A big rain came through and my belongings were all damaged. He did not show any remorse for his mistake, I paid the full freight, and he did not provide a satisfactory roof and did not stand behind his promised manufacturer guarantee. I believe he does this to people with intention and I simply hope to make others aware.Desired Settlement: I would like his record with the Revdex.com to reflect the harm caused. My property continues to be damaged by a leaky roof that is 6 months old. He did not place care into the application and did not stand behind the manufacturer warranty. Again, I paid 100% of the contracted amount, but he claimed at the end of the job that I owed him more, which was simply a trick I feel he pulls on many. I would be happy to support this complaint with details on the contract and canceled checks.

I would also like to know if he is licensed as I would like to make a complaint. Thank you. [redacted]

Review: A NEW ROOF WAS INSTALLED A YEAR AGO, IT IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A TWO YEAR WARRANTY WITH THE CONTRACTOR. WE HAD A HAIL STORM AND HAVE MUCH DAMAGE ON THE ROOF. CALLED [redacted] TO COME AND LOOK TO SEE IF WE WERE COVERED AND IF NOT TO GIVE A NEW QUOTE TO REPLACE THE ROOF ALONG WITH THE GUTTERS. HAD TWO DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS SET UP, NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED FOR EITHER APPOINTMENT.NOT GOOD SERVICE.Desired Settlement: WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO BE AWARE OF THEIR POOR SERVICE BEFORE HIRING THEM.
