Review: Gutters installed 12/15/2010. Partial installation around house. Leaf guards installed at same time. 09/23/2014 ABC continued installation around remaining areas not guttered around the house. Leaf guard quote requested. No response after several phone calls and an email. Owner had to solicit a new contractor to bid for leaf guards. While inspecting area to be leaf guarded owner noticed gutters with leaf guards installed by ABC Seamless on 12/13/2010 were not joined at corners of gutters and never were. Corners were also leaking (it was raining so this was obvious). Installer who finished second install job of gutters on 09/23/2014 stated to Owner he noticed the first installer with ABC did not install first gutter installation correctly and it would leak. When owner called ABC to rectify their first workmanship job of making the leaf guards match at the corners and noted the lifetime warranty ABC offers no response was ever received. Several calls to their office and an email did not return any replies. The original workmanship was done incorrectly and the warranty states a lifetime warranty on the gutters which one would only realize includes workmanship installing the gutters.Desired Settlement: I request, at a minimum, a refund for the leaf guards that were installed incorrectly. ABC's warranty does not cover sealants and caulks at the mitres after one year. The leaf guards, however, were installed incorrectly and left large gaps/holes where debris has collected. Since owner has to hire a second contractor to repair ABC's poor workmanship and install leaf guards this added expense is a hardship where the original installation was done poorly.

Review: Purchased gutters from ABC Seamless Home Exteriors in Pasco just over a year ago. Gutters leaked the first time it rained. Called and they sent someone out to re-caulk them. Second time it rained - they leaked again. Called and called and finally they sent someone out again to re-caulk them. Next time it rained - they LEAKED AGAIN! We are going on ou 5th time to have them out to DO THE JOB RIGHT. Tried to have them come out to fix the issues before the weather turned bad over a month ago - nothing. They absolutely REFUSE to return calls, and the only way you can reach them is if you either block your number from showing on caller i.d. or you get "lucky" enough that they pick up the phone. Called their corporate office to complain - they said that they don't stand behind warranties by their franchisees! THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS! We paid good HARD EARNED MONEY for shoddy workmanship and inferior product. The staff and management are pleasant UNTIL they get your MONEY!! I want our issues RESOLVED!! My advise for any consumer thinking about purchasing ANYTHING from ABC Seamless Home Exteriors is to FORGET IT!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!! STAY AWAY FROM ABC SEAMLESS HOME EXTERIORS!!Desired Settlement: I WANT OUR GUTTERS FIXED - PERIOD!!FIX THEM, OR REFUND OUR MONEY!!

Had [redacted] (owner) go out personally and attempt to repair the leaking corner. We are still having issues with it and may need to try something else. Yes, we have been out there 5 times as Mr. [redacted] stated but that is because we DO stand behind our work. [redacted] will continue to work with Mr. [redacted] until the issue is resolved.

We are STILL having issues with leaks. [redacted] HAS called, but nothing has been done to resolve our issues. They say they stand behind their product? We haven't seen it yet!!

Installers went out again on Jan. 30, 2014 (which was a sunny day) and added a piece of flashing to the drip edge.. The installers stated that the mitre was not leaking and that there was no obvious sign of a leak. He said that there was a slight amount of water in that mitre and that it was not leaking.

This is an outright LIE! I will be contacting the owner of the company, and reviewing my options of pursuing a claim against this company. Any further communications should be directed to my email address.

Review: Last year had gutters installed by these guys and they did a poor job. The quality is second rate when compared to my neighbors house that was installed by another company. First rain and they leaked at every joint. We assumed they fixed it but never heard from them. Recently we noticed the gutters leaking at the joints again on our house as well as my mother in-laws (two doors down). She called and they were to come out for the repair on 11-8-13, they never showed. My wife made it a point to be home to let them in the back yard but they never showed or called. She tried to call the office but nobody answered. I made a call to them on 11-11-13 and was told they were too busy to make it and that they would call to reschedule and I have yet to hear back from them. Seems their customer service and warranty are non-existent. Sure wish I could just give them back and get my money back.Desired Settlement: I want these fixed, I had gutters installed to guide water away from specific areas with winter safety in mind and with them leaking I might as well not have them.

We sent the crew out to Mr. [redacted] property on 11-20-13 to re-seal leaky areas. ABC Seamless stands behind our work that is why we warranty our work and reseal any leaky areas on any gutter we install. Caulking breaks down over time. That is something we can not control. I'm sorry we didn't get there as quickly as Mr. [redacted] would have liked. It is our busy season and we only have one crew. We addressed the problem and if Mr. [redacted] has any more issues with his system, we encourage him to contact us again.
